They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iβm currently on my phones 4g coz itβs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

Heβs with 02 at the moment I think itβs Β£8-Β£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway
