  @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

  @EE Seeing as the phone is out of contract, your service stinks and you can’t give a signal in large parts of Cheshire, I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere. I will be calling 150 to cancel completely later today.

  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  Appalling service from @EE who have TWICE in the space of 4 weeks dispatched equipment to addresses I don’t live at. Including today two hours after being assured no equipment would be sent. After years of recommending service I am now doing the opposite. Avoid!!

  @omotforest I've just signed up, when @ee sold their broadband to the ***** at @BT I felt I should just continue the service but then despite being a customer for 8 years they did a hard credit check which ****** my credit score for a year. So cheerio ********.

  Not only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳
