@EE please help my niece who’s 5 years in ICU in Cardiff has volunteered to stay on frontline finishing 3rd yr of degree #NHSCovidHeroes for all this doesn’t have an #NHS email like many frontline staff. She has an #EE contract but can’t get her bonus #HELP #NHS

Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

Thanks @EE for taking delivery payment twice, charging hidden extras on the first month and charging me for keeping my number! Oh and to customer services for being no help! ALWAYS READ THE VERY SMALL PRINT. I didn’t need that money anyway 😡

Hey @absoluteradio, I’m getting really sick of hearing the @EE advert. If a woman is out alone after dark with no signal, I can guarantee likes are not what she’s worried about. With everything going on right now it’s particularly tone deaf.

@EE I can’t top up a mobile broadband device today. You have a problem. It looks like zero-rating is broken for some components of the EE site and the payment portal, as these won’t load on a device that’s out of credit.
