If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

If the customer has to pay, EE being more sustainable doesn’t really make sense, your just putting that cost onto the customer!

Their social media post the same generic replies to customers queries. Their chat agents have advised stock will be available today but guess what 🤬
