@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

@EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

Really enjoy how my @EE broadband had terrible service so they put me on a more expensive @BT package instead which was just as bad, BT then put me on another more expensive package with no better connection and now they tell me I need to upgrade again 🙄

@EE made online complaint nearly 2weeks ago still no response took me over 1hr to get hold of customer service.. I finally decided to still take a contract with EE on the basis my phone would be deliver the next day.. it’s now been 2working days no news from anyone and no phone.

@sharnehawkins @EE Same problem here Sharne, 30 days have long gone, no text or e-mail, phoned EE numerous times to no avail. Absolutely conned on this one. Tried to cancel the contract today and was told it would cost £500. Ruined my sons Christmas as was going to be his main present.
