Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโm currently on my phones 4g coz itโs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

Heโs with 02 at the moment I think itโs ยฃ8-ยฃ10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway
