Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iβm currently on my phones 4g coz itβs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

EE should be issued Β£1 billion fine as penalty. That will help the treasury & clamp down on criminal companies like EE!
