    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE Told I couldnโ€™t have it, then when trying to upgrade told Iโ€™d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..๐Ÿ‘ I spent hours on the phone but thereโ€™s no fix until they bring out a new router..

    @EE @awkwafina @JALowden @KaitlynDever @kelvharrJR @onlymikes_ Having been on the phone with @EE for 35 minutes I get hung up this is after I get told that I canโ€™t upgrade and I can and that the advisor had advised that they had finished work 5 minutes ago after finding out I could upgrade awful service

    @EE please help. Iโ€™m a new customer and have been given a PAC code by Vodafone to transfer my number but itโ€™s not working on your website, says itโ€™s incorrect. I canโ€™t get through on the phone to you or online chat

    @EE please help my niece whoโ€™s 5 years in ICU in Cardiff has volunteered to stay on frontline finishing 3rd yr of degree #NHSCovidHeroes for all this doesnโ€™t have an #NHS email like many frontline staff. She has an #EE contract but canโ€™t get her bonus #HELP #NHS

    Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

    If the inflation index as at today is 10.03, why is @EE increasing there bill by 14.4%, citing (CPI) as there reason, why is it that we pay the most to these companies and they give us an epileptic service, @EE do we expect a reduction when inflation goes down

    @EE The reason I have not sent the message via a DM is all should know what EE think of its customers, it was explained to me that my contract accommodates this increase so there is nothing I can do about it. My complaint id:19958886

    @mrandmrslast @EE Isnโ€™t it disgusting! Adding the 10.5% inflation on when no one has had this inflation reflected in any wages! ยฃ120 extra a year! They can **** off tbh. Sick of it all.

    Does my service improve? No. Do I still have to wait an hour to get through to customer service? Yes. @EE should be ashamed of themselves. As should every other organisation increasing their prices. And Ofcom for allowing it to happen. A shambles.

    @EE So the 20-minute phone call I had before sending this tweet explaining that the 14.4% increase takes me above the amount I can afford to pay monthly with a reply of 'it's not only you Tony everyone gets the increase with no offer of help at all!
