If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged ยฃ12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.
