If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

Infuriating as I am working from home and every hour that passes is one I will have to make up later. Not easy with a newborn and a 4-year-old. You sent an engineer who said there's nothing wrong and as long as I'm getting 200mb then that's acceptable. Well I'm not even getting that. I used to get 75mbs over wifi from a possible 80mbs.
