@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

@EE Hi Olivia, how does network usage increase by 10% in a year? Do EE have any stats to back that up? I know you just work the social media, so my question also applies to you - will they increase your salary? Or are they just thieving for 'profits'. 10% is just a ridiculous amount.

@EE can't believe the difference between Bt and ee. After swapping to ee I've 4g everywhere. Only downside was me fixing something their techs couldn't so thanks to Google. Had no data signal as the apn wasn't being done auto, as 2 be done manually.

@rjek @EE I took out my contract a week ago after being sold a deal. A week later you put the price up £5.40 a month for the next 2 years, I've been in touch with customer service and if they don't sort it out within my cooling off period I'll be leaving you and going elsewhere
