    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to ยฃ300. When I log out and back in again, itโ€™s zero and Iโ€™ve never been charged the โ€œExtraโ€. Why is this happening?

    @EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

    @STAUNT0N @MrPJLinton @EE I always pay for Jeans. Cheap jeans damage your nuts and get wrecked quickly. Cheap jeans are false economy. Phones are essentially identical chip sets across all makes.

    @EE @awkwafina @JALowden @KaitlynDever @kelvharrJR @onlymikes_ Having been on the phone with @EE for 35 minutes I get hung up this is after I get told that I canโ€™t upgrade and I can and that the advisor had advised that they had finished work 5 minutes ago after finding out I could upgrade awful service

    @EE Hi. Severe issues with my ee county have now been resolved however I have been promised compenstation. It has been passed on the the jeopardy team to arrange this. Can u tell me what the jeopardy team are and what compensation they are capable of please?

    @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently Iโ€™ve got no data no calls or texts either and Iโ€™m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so thereโ€™s defo issues lol

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a ยฃ600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for ยฃ100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE @BT Hi, I keep getting multiple requests to return hardware. Even though you cancelled my contract by mistake. Your colleague admitted that. Iโ€™ve requested a return kit 3 times. Not going to bother anymore. Appalling service. Would be nice to speak to someone on the uk

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK
