The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while theyโre trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
