They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

Too long EE have raided loyal customers pockets there is no defence for the roaming charges other than its an easy increase to apply.

I am having to use my fiancรฉโs phone half the time: this isnโt on and Iโve made so many complaints. You come back with no issues left unresolved
