They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

Told by your customer services that you donβt want and that itβs down to me to dispose of it (βor keep itβ). Thatβs very wasteful. And assumes that Iβm responsible for recycling Any comment?
