    @STAUNT0N @MrPJLinton @EE I always pay for Jeans. Cheap jeans damage your nuts and get wrecked quickly. Cheap jeans are false economy. Phones are essentially identical chip sets across all makes.

    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    @EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @GeekPill @EE Because you didn't send a text message every six months so they stop your data. It's a well known issue. You should have 100 free text messages. You can reactivate it though and get your data back 👍

    @EE @jakeroge_rs i was told that it wasnt guaranteed that i would be getting an iphone as a loaner whilst mine was away & if i did there would be a charge on top of the repair charges, left me with no option but to **** off with my phone. My phones still under warranty btw

    @Star_Stef @EE @LNonno_ Well known issue. You have to send a text message every six months to keep the data active or they switch it off. You should have 100 free text messages with the 120gb. You can get it reactivated.

    @EE @jakeroge_rs Utter rubbish, popped my phone down to EE store for a repair which took 30 mins. Ive only gone and found out it wernt an actual repair. They just brushed the charging port & tried to charge me for it. I refused to collect the phone & told them to send it away for an actual repair

    @TalkTalk, worst customer service experience ever experienced. Hugely regretting switching from @EE who had first class customer service. @TalkTalk customer services and tech support just don't appear to care, at least those whom I have dealt with. Brutal experience overall.

    @EE still having problems with your 4G router. All the lights are green but my phone says there's no Internet connection. My amazon fire stick connects but also no Internet connection

    @EE trying to sign up to the ps5 bundle since last night. Website doesn't go further than the T&C page (tried different computers). 33 minutes on the phone with customer service to be told "just keep trying for 72hrs" Ridiculous.
