    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE I wonder if #EE could manage to give me the 4G Double Speed EE service it used to provide. Since the pandemic my service is now less than poor. >10% dropped calls. Data speed marginal. Clear site line to mast! Regularly repeating texts about 'problem in my area'.

    @EE the signal in my area (standard residential area in a big town) is hopeless. Complained loads of time but they keep saying there's no fault. 0 bars and terrible call quality even in the garden
