  Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE hmmm my Apple Watch went wrong, no data for days. So I did the obvious and deleted the eSIM thinking I would easily readd it. Nope. Upon attempting it either doesn't do anything or error 019. Your support just tells me to redownload the QR code ... it's a watch. Help?!
