    @EE help! Our broadband went down to a 1/6 of its usual strength on Friday and still isn’t back to normal. I have a lot of work calls this week and it’s not going to be good enough for video calls!!

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    @EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

    @EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

    @EE #crapservice #worstmobileprovider How bad is it that you book a call with EE to discuss leaving and they don't call you back. Then you request to unlock your phone and 10days later you are still waiting for the unlock code! Useless service.

    @EE are there issues in a Coventry with your service? I can make calls & access the Internet via mobile data but when people call me it goes straight to answerphone. I've tried turning on WiFi calling and reset network settings too and it's still happening.

    @EE Thanks for coming back to me @bt_uk beat you too it 😎 they have called the EE tech team for me and they confirm a power outage at the transmitter locally to me so hence no signal on our phones or our hybrid connect router 👍🏼 @bt 🥇🫶🏻

    @EE hello, please can you tell me if there is an issue after the storm yesterday? I cant make calls as it says not registered on network. Wifi calling works to everyone but to EE. I am in the GU16 area. Thank you
