    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @EE I travelled to India and added Bolt for 10 pounds to receive and make 60 minutes of calls to UK and India now. It worked for 2 days and I made 10 minutes of those calls. Now no signal is coming on my phone and there is no India helpline No or email or chat support. Help

    @EE Why trade in your phone? You never had to do that before? So you can resell a phone that’s battery life drains with every update? Then we were told that our contracts were going up £6 off a month? For a service that barely gets 3G let alone 5g.

    @EE why is the signal in central gloucester by the cathedral absolutely awful lately? Literally nothing loads on my iPhone. Shows full 4g but literally takes an age to load any internet pages. Not my phone as my boss has an android and has the same problem.

    @EE Yeah Connor, I’ve done all the troubleshooting things with it. It seems the latest update was the issue. It’s down to Apple and I know they do this on purpose.

    @FanMadeMunkVidz @EE Their customer support fell apart since the pandemic hit. Not worth the premiums they charge at all and @EE is extremely dishonest with customers
