@EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

@EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@EE 14 years I’ve been a customer and the advisor I just spoke to couldn’t care less about me wanting to upgrade gave me a price that was £18 more than what I was offered a week ago when questioned if there’s a better deal just a casual nope not a happy customer

Super glad I chose @EE for my business phone. Website hasn’t worked for 2 months, they cannot email my invoices (paper only), and the customer support rep hung up on me without actually helping. #CustomerServiceWin 💪🏽

It's 2026, but it seems I'm stuck in 2002 when using the @EE website and app! Seriously, how can you get it so badly wrong? Authentication state tracking just doesn't exist! Open the app, log in, it redirects to a browser for auth (you're already pissing me off right there), then after successful auth, gets redirected back to the app, where I see a login button again! This sort of UX is what makes people find other providers! Sort it out!!

@EE once again you are demonstrating a complete inability to provide the service I’m paying for. Over a month of problems that you have me jumping through the same hoops repeatedly without solving. Goods and services allows me to reject the device for repair or replacement.

@carpanini_jo @EE Best thing i did was going with @Starlink . No more issues, slow speeds or anything. Just Internet 24/7. UK broadband is a joke and services like Starlink is the future!
