  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do?   Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

  @EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

  .@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.

  @EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff
