@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

I swear, is @ThreeUK, ever going to sort out their internet. They always said their internet was second to none. It’s so awful in so many parts of London, especially in North East and I live on the top floor. It has been for many years. Time to go back to @EE. #ThreeFail

@JTaylor69 @EE @UbigiOfficial there is an (additional) technical limitation - it's related to permissions issues on the app side, because EE require EAP-AKA authed against the SIM and the permissions it gets on stock don't allow it. It's possible to work around this on a rooted device but ugh, it's a pain.

Jesus @EE what is the hold up? When I track my order its still telling me , your in stock phone is confirmed' if its in stock why have I still not got it after almost 2 weeks? Very poor service embarrassing for you I think. Best coverage , maybe but best at getting phones out?
