Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do?   @EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

  @EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼

  @EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? I’m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasn’t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the ‘message’. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And don’t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once I’ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone 😡

  @StuLittle1972 @EE Iv got the same text. But iv said that UK is behind countries like US,Canada, Europe and Asia when it’s come to mobile signal. Think the Government need to start looking at this so @andyburnham please do something
