    Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

    @EE This means that content is capable of different pricing, is that really wanted? Live football streaming, heavy on the network, charge a data rate premium, doing something off peak time, reduce the rate. 95% of people will be doing this on unlimited home WiFi and not a hotspot

    @EE FYI this is already been applied and there has been no response and children r still waiting to access to Internet to be able to have an education. Trying to fob me off with this link is not going to work. The fact you couldn't even help to provide 10 routers @ a discounted price

    Hardly, up there in terms of problems...But @EE your broadband is crap and keeps dropping out when I'm working from home. I've switched to Now. @sainsburys you sold me strawberry's that were best before 4th Jan, by 3rd they looked like a petri dish covered in fur - sort it out.

    @soon_slim @EE Problem is I object to it being that much of a hassle - happened last time I upgraded as well. Able to do it over the phone. Just annoying that there's that disparity online. Wastes their time as much as mine!

    @EE I'm surprised from all the years I have been with EE that the deals you offer me to upgrade are so overly priced compared to other providers and that you are unable to taylor a plan to my needs to keep me an EE customer!! One unhappy customer for sure
