  @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

  @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  @EE I already spoken to the technical team twice this week and they didn’t help me which is really frustrating. After troubleshooting unsuccessfully, they told me there was nothing else to do
