Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMailโs rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isnโt here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC wonโt get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldnโt take a week to join a network.

Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldnโt be processed until today for some reason.

Kev (@vpharm) reported@EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help
