Was a loyal customer for 4 years, and what appears to be a leak at @EE has ruined their rep for me. Been a week nothing solved, almost time to write an @Ofcom complaint because friends and family are just as worried about their data after watching what happened to me.

So @EE now decides to send an apology and a little baggy to my old address to collect the phone that was fraudulently ordered via my account and never received and that they confirmed was sitting in a DBD station.
