I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u canβt use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra Β£14 out of me.

Caustic Chris (@CawSticky) reported@EE (2/2) I also pay Β£25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about Β£10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for Β£70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online

Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
