Heโs with 02 at the moment I think itโs ยฃ8-ยฃ10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldnโt be processed until today for some reason.

I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

Math (@inlandtaipan1) reported@EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, itโs purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.

I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree
