    Why is my @EE broadband so so poor everytime the football is streamed it dies. This time ethernet cable direct and still glitches. I hate this service. So unreliable.

    @EE please help my niece whoโ€™s 5 years in ICU in Cardiff has volunteered to stay on frontline finishing 3rd yr of degree #NHSCovidHeroes for all this doesnโ€™t have an #NHS email like many frontline staff. She has an #EE contract but canโ€™t get her bonus #HELP #NHS

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.

    Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. ๐Ÿ˜ช๐Ÿ˜ช๐Ÿ˜ช

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I canโ€™t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but canโ€™t phone. Thanks

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

    @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

    See whilst I hear it....sometimes this UK place has trash signal ๐Ÿ˜ค Don't even know why I continue to pay a phone bill to @EE ๐Ÿ™„ Then they make your data move really slow when on a phone call, so to use my phone whilst one a call, i either need to whatsapp call or use wifi

    @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well Iโ€™m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isnโ€™t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception
