    @EE Hi there, not only have ee decided to close my local shop but also in there wisdom put my monthly bill up by Β£3.70 on a sim only deal. Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will now be going to another supplier, cheers

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    @EE Hello. I need the issue sorting out with my numbers!! I’m getting a bit fed up now of being given different info!! Was told I would have a update by Friday last week and I’m still waiting for the update!! It’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and it’s still not sorted!!

    @EE Thanks for getting back. It’s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. He’s with 02 at the moment I think it’s Β£8-Β£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

    @EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

    @EE Hello? Anyone,? I got kids trying to study for a levels and I work remote. Annoyingly useless. Never an issue over ten years with BT here. Seems you take over and just continual issues. Just sort it out I don't want to call anyone just FIX THE ISSUE

    Still no home internet connection from @EE On Thursday at 14:45 they said it will be back on within the hour. A further call they said by the evening. Friday they said it will be back on in 4-6 hours. It's now Saturday. Are customer service colleagues encouraged to tell untruths?

    @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is Β£57 a month but a new customer can get it for Β£38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
