    @EE of course the callback to get this apple watch working came in during the only 10 minutes of the day I couldn't answer it. Hasn't worked since it arrived. Profile issues or something.

    @EE Thanks for getting back. Itโ€™s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. Heโ€™s with 02 at the moment I think itโ€™s ยฃ8-ยฃ10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, itโ€™s not a problem.

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if thereโ€™s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
