Alan Aiken (@AlanAiken) reported@EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.

Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

There doesn’t appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I don’t have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.

dora (@ratgirl468) reportedI just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. I’d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?
