  @EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

  @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

  @robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

  @oliverhenry @CavalierMarty I've got to give it to EE, been with them since way back whrn they were Orange, must be coming close to 20 years now. Never ever had any issues with the company and only in some remote places have I had poor signal but never completely zilch. @EE you're doing good by me.
