    @EE Hello. I need the issue sorting out with my numbers!! I’m getting a bit fed up now of being given different info!! Was told I would have a update by Friday last week and I’m still waiting for the update!! It’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and it’s still not sorted!!

    @EE of course the callback to get this apple watch working came in during the only 10 minutes of the day I couldn't answer it. Hasn't worked since it arrived. Profile issues or something.

    Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

    @EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

    @EE I have a office mobile connection with EE and I am currently travelling with no service. I contacted the IT help desk who confirmed that international roaming is on. However there is still no service. It has now been 3 days.

    @EE Even after about five stages, there was no option for the actual problem I needed to speak about. (Despite giving EE my PAC code when ordering a SIM, there was nothing in place to port my old number across... I had to ask again. Now I have to wait until 28th Dec on temp No.😖)

    3 faults on the broadband in 3 months! @EE I’m starting to get fed up! On Christmas Eve as well! Started the text service already but at this rate I’m gonna need someone once a month to sort this out! 😒
