    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE Can I just check. Has there been a problem with EE network just got home from work. Family says network has been rubbish all day. So far you network hasn’t been that good for us. Oh well. How long till end of contract.

    @elvinobody @Photofeature @EE I’m afraid that they do creep the bill up. Every year. It’s in their T’s & C’s. And they have no interest in sorting out their lack of service round here.

    @EE @JustCur73963471 Hi Suzie. Your EE app is not working for me either - and lots of other folks per numerous Tweets, forums, etc. Are you seriously suggesting the problem is not at your end and that we ALL have to delete and reinstall?
