    Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. πŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ

    @EE Hello, any solution for a phone that is asking me to sign into EE, can't connect to network? No status issues on your website for WN5, I have data, have restarted and turned off numerous times. Still showing 4G symbol. Using S22.

    @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

    @EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing

    @EE hi. I bought a TV from your online shop last Thursday which had a delivery of between 1-3 working days. I still do not have a tracking number or a delivery date and I am going away. I have called your office but nobody can help. How can this be tracked

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks

    @EE since Monday, I have used the text service as told only way to report issue. Everytime I get β€œ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you aren’t meeting your promises, never again

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😑 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!
