Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

@EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed
