    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that canโ€™t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @YardleyShooting @EE I took to Twitter when I had an issue with Virgin Media. I was relentless with my complaint. They contacted me directly within an hour and sorted the issue. Those that scream loudest get heard!

    Hey @EE loving seeing those photos from the JWST of deep space. On another note, why is the signal so crap around Surrey Quays? It seems worse when it switches to 5G. Is it being boosted by a potato?

    @EE good morning. I signed up to a new SIM only contract yesterday. As Iโ€™m existing EE customer am I right in thinking Iโ€™ll use continue to use the same SIM card? Can you confirm when my new contract will be activated and will be able to see details in my EE account. Thank you.

    @YardleyShooting @EE This was one of the early digital age 'improvements' wind your customers up to fk by never wanting to speak to them. Find a Co with proper customer services and dump the tossers.

    @EE have been a loyal customer since you was one2one. Looking to upgrade 2 phones but no deals or anything for loyal customers. Looks like I am going to a different network @SkyUK seems to be offering the best deals.
