    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that canโ€™t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE Hello. I need the issue sorting out with my numbers!! Iโ€™m getting a bit fed up now of being given different info!! Was told I would have a update by Friday last week and Iโ€™m still waiting for the update!! Itโ€™s been 2 weeks tomorrow and itโ€™s still not sorted!!

    @EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but canโ€™t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

    @EE I must say thank you for the poorest costumer service i've ever received. Folks don't waste ur time, trust & money with @EE. Shame U don't have a properly known public friendly head office because really I'd turn up everyday to sing you my praises. Anyway ๐Ÿฅณ peace out.
