Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMailβs rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isnβt here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC wonβt get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldnβt take a week to join a network.

I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldnβt be processed until today for some reason.
