    @EE of course the callback to get this apple watch working came in during the only 10 minutes of the day I couldn't answer it. Hasn't worked since it arrived. Profile issues or something.

    @EE Thanks for getting back. Itโ€™s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. Heโ€™s with 02 at the moment I think itโ€™s ยฃ8-ยฃ10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. ๐Ÿคž @panos_panay

    @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

    @EE you've hiked our broadband up by ยฃ10 this month with no explanation. Your website is useless. Phone calls have a 45 minute wait and there is no email. What happened to customer satisfaction?

    @O2 Nah.. itโ€™s ok.. Iโ€™ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and itโ€™s not just the signal! Itโ€™s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. Iโ€™d say you guys are in big trouble!

    @totfinsol @EE @BradChuck Their app is shocking. I still cant link my device despite contacting them several times. Gone backwards in customer service. Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!

    Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained Iโ€™m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are ยฃ7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, thatโ€™s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now Iโ€™m leaving.

    Another day out this time at Cotswold Wildlife Park and another day fighting to get signal to take pictures and send messages despite showing 5G with 2 bars @EE 1 month until end of contract and this torture.

    @s_starrr6 @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
