    @EE Seeing as the phone is out of contract, your service stinks and you canโ€™t give a signal in large parts of Cheshire, I think itโ€™s time to take my business elsewhere. I will be calling 150 to cancel completely later today.

    Why does it take SO LONG to change an @EE account from a full one to a SIM only. Been here nearly half an hour. Terrible service.

    @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

    @EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasnโ€™t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess thereโ€™s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

    @EE no service all day at home AGAIN! Need to see a reduction in my bill for this ridiculous (and expensive) lack of a network

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE Hi there, not only have ee decided to close my local shop but also in there wisdom put my monthly bill up by ยฃ3.70 on a sim only deal. Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will now be going to another supplier, cheers

    @EE Hello, any solution for a phone that is asking me to sign into EE, can't connect to network? No status issues on your website for WN5, I have data, have restarted and turned off numerous times. Still showing 4G symbol. Using S22.

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that canโ€™t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. ๐Ÿคž @panos_panay

    @cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

    @EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, licking after a few hours we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb within any network cover :) awful

    @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

    Ordered new broadband fullfibre with @BT /@EE in May & had to wait for installation. @WeAreOpenreach have cancel 3 times, with less than 24 hours notice. โ€œConnecting you to your networkโ€ #idontthinkso 2 months waiting for a new connection, 3 cancelled appointments & still waiting
