@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE Upgrade phone received smashed and not working on 12th Oct After awful return process the phone got back to EE on 4th Nov. Here I am over a month later with no resolution. Still in contract paying for a phone I don't have. I'm a customer of 21 years and regretting that.
