    @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

    @EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

    Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    5 days, 3 phone calls, 2 emails and half a dozen text messages and still @EE haven't resolved my issue for a service I'm paying them for that was supposed to be solved in 24 hours

    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @BTCare you really should be ashamed of with the level of not only just poor broadband but the poor service to fix this! Even looked at taking services to @EE but i believe they use BT so won’t be going there!! The overall level of service over the past three months is awful

    @EE Who votes for this? I'm curious as EE/Orange are the worst, most expensive and least helpful of all the networks I've tried. I still remember having to pay 25p to speak to their customer service, meaning you had to top up if you had a bolt JUST to get some help. Terrible network.

    @EE Do not get a 5G phone unless you live in a major city and near their 5G towers wherever they supposedly are I got the iPhone 12 pro max and have never seen 5G on my display yet ? Even when i have been in a city centre ?? So @EE when is 5G coverage going to be available to anyone
