It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
