  @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

  @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

  @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

  Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

  @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??
