  2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

  Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

  @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

  @EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
