  @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

  @DPDCariers I spoke to the team online and on the phone they didn't seem to care less. At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.

  @jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.
