When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel thereβs been a change to what was a good service.
