    @EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

    @EE hello, I’ve had no phone signal in SK13 all morning. The network signal checker says there’s a fault been reported but I’m yet to hear any update and unable to call 150 for help?

    @EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    @EE really disspointed in your technical support team. I keep getting cut off due to a poor phone signal in NW5 London when it was once fine. No call back after initial contact with ee, really.. really poor. I'm thinking of leaving ee because of this.

    5 weeks ago I sent my @EE phone off to be repaired. Store says it was stolen by the DPD guy. Repeatedly misinformed & the customer service is diabolical! We still have no new phone & are apparently waiting for DPD to admit fault before we can get one! Ridiculous process! 😡

    Courtesy of @VodafoneUK I now don’t have a mobile phone. I planned to move to them (huge mistake) and set up a new account along with my PAC from @EE. Received the SIM and checked coverage which was poor to none. Rang and cancelled subscription and was promised porting (1)

    @EE need to cancel my plan but can't sign into my account - supposedly sent reset link to email but nothing. And yes, correct email used.

    @EE While doing this investigation I used Firefox, Duckduckgo and Frost as browsers on the Android devices and your web pages worked in none of them. I also cleared down the cookies in Firefox to no avail.
