This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch
