  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @freddy0047 @EE Their app is AI and is absolutely useless. We've just had full fibre broadband installed from them. The installation is causing our neighbour problems but I can't get to speak to anyone to get them to come out and have a look. BT & EE playing tennis with it.
