    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @EE I know she has 14 days to switch away as it was purchased over the phone but I prefer to get this fixed for her and she can be happy if not to cancel is it just switch out using her PAC code within the 14days seen as she cannot even receive calls properly @juleshoyle

    @EE there’s a clear problem with my broadband. For days it’s been dropping out, but now it’s constantly off and the red broadband light is staying on. Called up to be told we’ve had a new electrical appliance… err no we haven’t. Downdetector indicates there’s a clear issue!
