    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    @EE mixed bag with you lot today. One lad telling us to shop elsewhere and not wanting to help and the other sorting us out with two upgrades and an hours chat. Doesn’t take much to be nice 👍🏻

    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    @EE It didn't get sorted in any reasonable way, but we reached a mutually acceptable conclusion. When your network is down, particular when a unique coverage area is down, don't waste your customers' time pretending it might be their phone. You know the when a RAN site is off-line

    @MarcAllera @EE Why don’t you come up and meet your customers on the ‘frontline’ in Uig, Isle of Lewis. We’ve got some feedback on your customer service to share with you. Just don’t expect to make any calls or use WiFi while you visit us. Open invite, come and hear it first hand.

    Upgraded one of our @EE phones. Upselling chap offered good price on broadband. OK. Accidentally became a @BritishTelecom customer. Result: Landline disappeared without warning. Unwanted VOIP phone arrives, as if this would replace our 8 phones. Jokers.

    @ee based on the incredible customer service I received setting up my new wireless dongle this week I've moved my home broadband to ee from virgin. Its rare to get such great service these days so I just wanted to say how great that was 🙌👏
