If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

@EE what's the waiting time on S22 ultra upgrade ? Mine seems to have stalled on 16/03. Monies taken from my account but no progress on the phone itself . Any issues from @SamsungMobile ???
