    Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

    @EE hi I've been trying all day to access what my actual usage is ( txt, calls etc) within my monthly bill but just says " oops problem try again close app" done this re installed the app same issues!!!!!! Help please

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @EE 7 days since having my Samsung Watch 3 and still not working... terrible service from tech teams... have to wait 48 hours if you miss their call for them to ring again ... what an #eefailure and #badcustomerservice not impressed and wouldn't recommend .

    So, just got off the phone to @EE who charges existing customers 30.1% more than new customers for the EXACTLY the same phone/deal. Even after checking with an advisor, no exception could be made for an existing customer of over 10 years. Bye then.

    @EE Hi Georgia, the advisor I spoke to admitted that new customer deals can't always be given to existing customers, so I'm afraid your comment about valuing existing customers doesn't ring true. I would in effect be charged £224 over the contract as an 'existing customer penalty'.

    @EE Bought a PAYG sim to test your network before I move from Three for my contract. I can only get less than 5Mb/s on 4G. Is PAYG traffic limited compared to contract?

    @EE just landed in the US and whilst it shows me connected to a network and 4G I’m not able to use data or make calls. Is there some block? Please help ASAP I’m spending 6 weeks here and I understand this is all covered in my EE MAX plan! Thanks
