@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE my 86 Yr old mother had a home visit today to set up a new phone. Guy turned up turned it on and did nothing else she asked about transferring numbers etc, he told her to read instructions and use an app. Terrible service, now has a useless phone with no numbers can't use it

@jos3000 @EE I did ask about the streaming box, but apparently it’s not planned to come out here anytime soon sadly. Annoying, as I’m primarily an iPhone user but hey ho! I’d say it’s clear enough to read text on websites, and the ability to bring screens closer should help with smaller text
