Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

Mark Heisenberg (@markt2606) reported@EE Never had problems before in the old terminal. Since they built this new terminal as soon as you walk in the signal is blocked. I spoke to man Airport months ago and they agreed there is a problem.. So perhaps EE could look into this with Manchester Airport
