    @ee I donโ€™t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when Iโ€™ve not needed to even use the price cap? Iโ€™m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal ยฃ30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

    I was looking at 37 business handsets on @ee but with the introduction of rip off stealth roaming charges from January Iโ€™m not touching that network!

    Why itโ€™s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. Iโ€™m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over ยฃ20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.
