    Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

    @EE I have requested the unlimited data for my wife who is an NHS worker but when she clicks the link at her work it does not accept it and won’t allow the unlimited data to work. Can anyone assist us in solving this issue please

    @EE we have had a letter to upgrade one of our phone letter say we cancel online we can not find this and can not get through on the phone need to give 30 days ASAP sim only business

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

    @EE Btw. No amount of complaining to @EE customer services over the years ever gets any improvement made. This poor service has been like this for years. Tbh, I don’t know why I renewed my contract with you the last time.

    @EE This is fantastic and greatly received by all nhs staff. Just one small thing, got my code and followed instructions but it replied saying it was invalid. Sent email to appropriate email address but not had response. Help please. 🙏

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

    @EE hi I've been trying all day to access what my actual usage is ( txt, calls etc) within my monthly bill but just says " oops problem try again close app" done this re installed the app same issues!!!!!! Help please

    @EE Hi EE. I ordered a SIM last week and was informed it would be delivered on Friday. DPD tried to deliver but failed to, despite it being small enough to be posted through a letterbox. They then said it would be dropped to a local post office, still not there. Help please, ta.

    Very disappointed @EE. I phoned to cancel my tablet contract, had to wait 10 mins to speak to an advisor. when I said I wanted to cancel, I was put on hold for 20 mins with no explanation. Had to hang up but will have to call again as there is no other way to cancel my contract.

    So my elderly mother has recently moved house. She had 250mb BB through @EE at her old address and got good speeds. Since moving (stayed with EE) her speeds have dropped to 9mb. EE still charging her £62 a month for this. For 9mb. Been told she has no right to cancel? This right?

    hey @EE , you know it's impossible to order broadband via your website right now ? after you put an existing EE mobile number in, it just waits forever. Tried it on 2 different browsers, something is broken on your end.

    @EE Yes it's under the minimum I was quoted. And it's the connection speed from the router itself, do before even spreading it to the rest of the network. And most of my broadband demanding devices (XBOX SX, PS5, smart TV) are on Ethernet rather than WiFi.
