  • toewad1 toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

@Moneeb_Mirza @GAMEdigital @EE The seal being broken, you mean? As a side note question (if you’ve booted it up), did you MK code work? I am worried given the seal being broken that someone could’ve used the code. (I assume it’s fine but I’m a little paranoid about it.)

  • nickjenkins01 Nick Jenkins (@nickjenkins01) reported

@Katemorris08 @EE Found out if you ring customer services from a landline 0800 079 8586 you get the option of hanging up, staying in the queue and they ring you back..and it worked!

  • NixonLimited GraystonNixonLimited (@NixonLimited) reported

@EE The issue we had has now been resolved, as your customer service is now open. The issue should have been resolved at the time it arose, however my point is, it wasn’t as EE availability is restricted, unlike EE customers who are using EE 24/7

@EE what’s happening with the network in Notts/Derby area? Saying you’ve recently fixed a problem but I can confirm you haven’t

@EE Maybe billing is the wrong word in relation to #EE PAYG accounts. Can a PAYG customer look at their usage history to see calls, texts and data usage? Just trying to understand how you might be able to keep track of usage on PAYG. TIA.
