    @EE Had issues whilst I've been down in Middleton, Manchester since Friday. I come here most weekends and it works fine. I live in Huddersfield and it usually works fine down there.

    After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

    @EE ‘they’ have put up a new mobile phone mast 150m from my house. Now when I’m on the phone the call quality is awful It just keeps breaking up. 😨

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @EE our home lost its broadband yesterday, my wife was told it would be fixed this morning and then this afternoon and now probably not till monday, no offer too cover data usage on the mobile bill and unable to add free data due to wrong sim? Terrible customer service!

    @charlwadephoto @EE Imagine if as a customer you didn’t comply with payment / terms as a customer though ??? Went via the app as secure and official! Told better to phone?? And asking bank details / card details to verify ???? Glad you got yours sorted lovely girly xx Hugs to sully 🐶 🐾
