All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Weโve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation!
