@EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

@EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@sastawear @EE Honestly don't upgrade with them : 0 customer service. They've recently told me they can't do anything about my iPhone not charging all the time because it doesn't "happen often enough", and they won't call back when they say they would. Don't waste your money on them.

@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.
