Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

@EE would be the one to avoid!! @Ofcom these companies RIPoff people in broad daylight. The contract is designed for both service and cost of the phone yet once out they carry on charging the same. @EE going downhill. I can't stress more as even in pandemic I paid the full bill.

@EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.

So my @EE signal just went and I can’t make or receive call like wtf!!! Don’t expect any money for any bill when you’ve been doing nonsense since this year has started. It might be time to leave these guys and take my £5k number with me.
