    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    @EE No problem I understand you’re probably busy! I’ve sorted it now thanks I ended up moving back to Vodafone after several flailed attempts to upgrade.

    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    So, it seems @SamsungUK do not want new customers on the @EE network 🤯 I have a Samsung handset to trade in...but as my last contract handset was an iPhone, I'm excluded from the Samsung trade-in offer. Sorry Samsung. You just lost another potential customer 👊🏻

    Coming up to a week now with no EE for BN2 !! @EE what's going on and how do we get compensation for this loss of service provision that we pay for? Seems every couple of months it goes. Last time July but the length of this outage is ridiculous.

    @bt_uk I was promised a call back today with an update. Instead I get a text saying instead it will be on 17th. Not good enough. I am awaiting issues resolving since 16 August. @EE customer service is far better at the moment, I may stick with them 😡
