    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    @EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    Left on hold for 30+ minutes with absolutely no answer or solution. Engineers who are due to show up to fix faults on the WiFi and either don’t show up, or show up at the complete wrong time then don’t bother their arses even coming back. Absolute disgrace of a company @EE

    @EE @LiamPayne As usual crap @EE connection... so I paid my bills but I have to use my phone data - the best part is they don’t allow me to cancel the contract without paying a penalty when they haven’t fix the issue that I first reported in 2020! #joke #neveragain #useless

    @EE Yes please. I can’t login on my other device when over network. Wi-fi is fine but just not logging in at all. Logged out and now can’t get back in. Login details all fine and can do it on another device over a different network

    If anyone wants to be actually able to work from home don’t waste ur time money or effort going with @EE it’s honestly been the most useless service I’ve ever had the unfortune to ever deal with. Multiple days of work missed with faults with their service being absolute 💩
