    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @BertieLandy @EE Does say on their advert that 18% of population can get full fibre,if the supply it to London, that’s 13% there. Also can’t get 5G with EE, but can with 3 and ID.. EE now one of the most expensive suppliers for Mobile and broadband, service and value definitely falling behind

    @EE I’ll hazard a guess that the price will increase by £5.90 + vat per month, that 6.8% + 3.9%, if CPI doesn’t come down then that would be an extra £12 per month in 14 months time, I think that when you sign a new contract, there should be no price increases for the first 12 months

    Anyone else experiencing data issues with #EE in the Edgware/Mill Hill area? On the phone to EE and they’re telling me a nearby mast is down…not sure I’m buying it. Especially as they tell me ‘it’s so recent we can’t tell you which mast it is’ @EE

    @EE My partner waited 15 mins to be seen, he asked for help and clearly didn't receive it due to your salesperson. The store was busy, so he left. Do I write a letter of complaint to the store, or rather to Head Office?
