    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

    @EE I’ve had the iPhone 11 for maybe a month if that and my battery life is awful! I have my phone on charge all night and it’s now only 3pm and I’m on 25% battery and it’s not as if I’ve been on my phone constantly either! Can someone advise me on this please

    Love that @EE have cancelled my BT sport subscription that comes with my package when Liverpool are playing and they’ve turned there phone lines off so I can’t get help 🙄

    @EE have been trying to get an upgrade on 2 phones. Store is as no help, have been cut off 3 times on phone. Can someone call me back??

    @EE Yeah I was sold my contract on the basis of having by sport and it stopped working. I’ve had problems with it for months and never gets resolved.

    Hi @EE, want to transfer my old phone number to new phone which I bought from you this week, but no one in call centre seems to know how to do this, or what I need to do. Can you help? Both phones same make and I was EE customer with old phone too

    Under contract till October 21 so can't change yet but I think my time with Pixel is over. I'll now have to fully remove the work partition from the phone, and wait to reinstall for the fourth time, which is a real pain. I don't have any faith that @EE can fix it either...
