@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

@EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.
