@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

  • peter33266430
peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England

@EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why canโ€™t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

  • Para_Tom999
Tom (@Para_Tom999) reported from Camberley, England

@EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, youโ€™re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like itโ€™s time to change provider!

  • PeterBa82304711
    Peter Baker, MA. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

  • Bjsfreaked
Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England

@EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

  • Hunsy1969
Paul Hunsdon (@Hunsy1969) reported from Wokingham, England

Really disappointed with @EE customer service this morning, always been half decent up to now. ๐Ÿ˜ก

  • Bjsfreaked
Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England

@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

  • Fanboy2001
Vick (@Fanboy2001) reported from Slough, England

@EE Good morning is there a data issue with your network as unable to load or send via your network SL2 4HL

  • HarveyWelch
Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  • Lyndseydwalker
Lyndsey Rolfe (@Lyndseydwalker) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising itโ€™s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

  • PeterBa82304711
    Peter Baker, MA. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

  • teachandgeek
Nathalia Lex - Teach&Geek (@teachandgeek) reported from Wokingham, England

Guess @EE strategy is to try an make me give up on getting THEIR mistake fixed by putting me on hold for forever with stupid music on

  • ImogenRyan93

@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, ยฃ85pcm. New customers? ยฃ28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be ยฃ769. Me? ยฃ2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was ยฃ1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis

  • gavmarten
    Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported

@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat Itโ€™s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They arenโ€™t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE No wonder you're out with the washing posting crap like this. Your mobiles don't work or you can't operate them more like, so any resources allotted to cycling infra and pedestrian safety can gtf.

  • mbroschools
    Lesley (@mbroschools) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Well think of it this way, Tom. Nobody ever got run over by a car when their phone signal went.
