    From last week, only just found out it didn’t get sent! 🙄 @ee Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, no service. Absolutely pathetic EE. Worst network ever, can’t wait to get off. #NothingNowhere

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

    Massive thanks to Martin @EE (Greenock) for helping me settle on a new phone contract. He completely turned around the poor follow-up service I’d received, and had me laughing and discussing handset colours in minutes. What a gem!

    @EE After making a complaint via the MyEE form - now being asked to Link Accounts again but I'm no longer able to do so at the point where it asks for the SMS code (generic error message). Is the website usually this poor? This is a disappointing experience for a new customer :/

    @EE disappointing deals being offered to loyal customers of 20 years plus. Anyone wanting to upgrade to iPhone 13 pro, shop around . Much better deals than EE. Not sure how another customer wanting the same phone and plan get a cheaper deal than what I was offered ?

    @EE 1/2 Thanks for your reply and I am aware of how the rules work. But, when my current phone contract ends and I seek to buy a new phone, I will then be required to pay for your service when abroad.
