peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England@EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why canโt they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

-
Lyndsey Rolfe (@Lyndseydwalker) reported from Wokingham, England@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising itโs damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

Peter Baker, MA. ๐ฌ๐ง ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ฆ #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !
