So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

@EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

@ee I'm a customer of 21 years. I ordered an online phone upgrade to take advantage of an offer. It arrived smashed. The return bag never arrived. Weeks later I still have a smashed phone and the offer has expired. Complaint raised via webform.
