@ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

@ThreeUK After being a customer 13 years, today I changed over to a rolling monthly deal in preparation to leave. Not being offered anything for my commitment nor the high roaming charges I'm going to encounter. Loyalty seems to mean nothing anymore. @O2/@EE what can you offer?

@EE Just FYI everyone, EE just turned off all 3g home signal boxes ... For no reason. It's WiFi calling or nothing if you're in a bad area now. Go figure.

8) forgot to add. This fake #carphonewarehouse knew all the details when they phoned my husband. Contract end date etc. it sounded legit at the time. Didn’t ask for any login details of passcode to EE. @EE but he can see the order in his existing EE account this evening

@_Dave_Smith @softlads @EE It’s the content of the advert that is the issue. For example, a girl having her period in a pair of white shorts????? My 6 year old child was watching as it was during the day. Seriously no need.
