    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE Hi just taken delivery of a supposedly new iPhone 13 pro 1tb. Opened the DPD delivery bag to find the phone box has been opened with one of the seals already opened and the phone itself covered in finger prints Unable to get hold of anyone in customer services

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.
