  @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

  @EE @EE @Giftcloud got my physical card as the digital card doesn't work at all with a £5 fee. To make people aware and you aware this is chip and pin card only!

  @LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
