@EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

@EE 14.4% price increase!! You're taking the p*#@. This'll be my last year as a loyal 25 year customer. 😡 #ee what's your complaints procedure?
-
Ben
(@Ben68023267) reported
@HendoKp @EE If you're increasing prices to make "major network improvements" then why are you making % increases on people's contracts? The price of a contract largely depends on the price of the handset purchased with said contract. 1/2

@EE @OliverFindlay Why can’t you pass the cost off to the networks that piggy back off of the EE network? Non of them pass this cost onto the customer! Going direct obviously isn’t the way to go anymore!
-

@ee don't even have the decency to offer a get out of contract option due to their extortionate price increase, trapping financially vulnerable people into contracts they can no longer afford. Well **** decency YOU ROBBING, SCAMMING, THIEVING *****!!!! End your contract ASAP!!
-
Ben
(@Ben68023267) reported
@HendoKp @EE So as a customer, I am having to pay more towards these "network improvements" than someone who has a cheaper handset? This makes no sense whatsoever. @Ofcom need to look closely at this.
