    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    @EE Well. It was good while it lasted @EE. As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

    @Pete__Collins @EE Im on EE I had no signal to phone and my partner only received my texts I sent her when we got home, if you pay for food/drink/merchandise by card card machine signal is very poor

    @EE it has to be said the call quality and 4G signal is becoming almost unusable!! Surely you should be able to roll out 5G with better protection for customers! Painful!!

    @Lisaannet_ @EE Next time when you encounter such mobile signal problem, try to complain through Tweet and geotag that problematic place. This will help us and the government to improve future mobile service at that poor service spots regardless of the carrier. Thank you Lisa.

    @PorscheSauce @EE We don't have broadband at home, but we run a dongle on a lap top, and have a sim only on our phones all on 3, the price is good and coverage is good, I was on 02 for yrs but the coverage on the phone at home was really bad. Just check coverage in your area.
