    It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    @EE truly shocking company, service land all round latitude. Getting nowhere after t@four weeks of trying to get operational in the UK. Suffice to say I shall be cancelling everything with them.

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

    From last week, only just found out it didnโ€™t get sent! ๐Ÿ™„ @ee Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, no service. Absolutely pathetic EE. Worst network ever, canโ€™t wait to get off. #NothingNowhere

    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE No thank you. Iโ€™ve cancelled everything. I suggest you look into your customer card I store, on your website and general service. Was not a passable experience at all.

    @MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

    @EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is ยฃ72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didnโ€™t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    @ee #o2 sort out your masts near # Iwade Kent. 4hrs stuck in traffic with terrible service on both networks barely communicate either anyone. This is 2026 sort it out

    @EE @nickduval My mum doesn't have a driving license and she has no intension of going on a plane anywhere. So I guess she will never have a EE contract either.

    @Benleo i gave up on them 4 years ago and switched to @EE since then i have had 1 outage of 6 hours from 10pm till 4pm, 1 outage in 4 years and consistent speed , i wouldnt go back
