It’s called customer service (retention) @EE and keeping me on hold for 31 minutes only strengthens my resolve to leave your network. I was thinking of upgrading phone but the inability to talk to a human makes me think twice and wonder how “EE is the UK’s best network”?

@EE I have two ee 4gee mini wifi that i got for staff in their accommodation, On trying to top up and pay for it all i get is "Some errors have occurred"
