@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

@barratt1556 @O2 @EE I’ve gone SIM only £10 a month, unlimited calls and texts, 30gb of data and free roaming. Great deal , crap signal. Rather pay more at EE and have decent signal and data speed

@charliebach @EE Their network went down some days back and since then I have trouble get any internet even though I’m showing three bars and 4g. The only way I get on is by resetting Network Settings sometimes three times a day
