As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.
