@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

@EE Was gutted to lose my unlimited data deal on T- Mobile in the merger. @EE became the most expensive provider in the market from that day forward 🙄. Still zero signal in my street 10 years later.
