  @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

  @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

  @bt_uk @AndreaS51917891 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!
