    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    Hello @ee. I live in a great 5G area and have an iPhone12 Pro with latest IOS. However, haven’t had 5G signal for over a week. Is this a network or phone issue?

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE Hi, We had about 6 days of maintenance done where we live, we had a message on Saturday saying it was all done, but since then the signal has been very intermittent, sometimes I get 5G and it’s really good, then it doesn’t work, switches back to 4G and that won’t work either

    @EE How do i actually speak to some one , your new system is terrible for someone who is visually challenged , I have spent 2 hours going through each option for the new system to send me a text which I cant read . a little bit frustrated

    @EE Don’t have a bad word to say! Rejoined EE in 2019, and cannot fault the service at any point. Any time I’ve needed help it’s been quick, staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the service is faultless! 🙌

    @EE really unhappy and angry with your customer service, my husband phones software has gone wrong & literally unable to use the phone at all and you won't help him, he's only had it 6 months and it's costing over £60 a month!
