As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.
