    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @EE what’s the point in me ordering online if I have to ring you cos you need more info? I’m an existing customer. If this is just to try and convince me to take the insurance I’m leaving EE. I tried to ring and gave up after 10 minutes of waiting.

    Customer service levels for @EE are just diabolical. A simple change of direct debit date is simply beyond the realms of their capabilities. If I treated customers like them I’d be out of business, and the rest are no better, a simple choice of who’s the least ****.

    @EE Thank you. I will send you my details now. Please respond to my other msg about not informing customers at the point of purchase about having to take faulty phones back to the manufacturer. This is crucial information that you do not share when signing a new customer up.
