@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

  • Rsp4Q ❤Rebecca 4Q35❤ (@Rsp4Q) reported from Farnham, England

@ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

So much money paid to @EE for a service that is not currently being used at all. #whatawaste

  • pietergriffin Pieter Le Roux (@pietergriffin) reported from Camberley, England

@EE Just to consolidate what I spend - stupid spending the amount I do. I am@thinking of closing my last number 07732409143 as well and perhaps going SIM only

  • pietergriffin Pieter Le Roux (@pietergriffin) reported from Camberley, England

@EE Too many open accounts - only needed one. Costing me too much. Would still do with advice on how to trim it down further

@EE how do I stop service update texts to my phone. I no longer have a account with EE

  • Para_Tom999 Tom (@Para_Tom999) reported from Camberley, England

@EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

  • HarveyWelch Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  • edgeofbarkness nearly barking (@edgeofbarkness) reported

On long hold @ee as I wait to cancel my contract

  • revelationspace Andrew (@revelationspace) reported

@EE So what tangible benefits will I, an EE customer, get from this change?

  • TheGrantSmith Grant Smith (@TheGrantSmith) reported

@MartinSLewis Well thankfully I’ve only got another 8 weeks left on my contract with @EE. If other providers are not reintroducing roaming charges then I will look elsewhere for a contract, and maybe I’ll treat myself to a new phone while I’m at it.

  • TheBig_Bakes The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported

@EE We will be leaving your network due to your very poor decision on roaming charges.

  • vintweet83 vinny (@vintweet83) reported

@morvenplace @EE They have changed the terms of your contract you can terminate early

  • Felegundin Nick (@Felegundin) reported

@EE hi, one been having issues with my router for a couple of days with internet cutting out during work hours. Can you please help resolve

  • ffsmonty Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported

@EE You want to invest in the network, and raise funds to cover that investment? Why not come up with a product/ service people want to pay for, rather than this, which is the opposite. We absolutely do not want to pay for roaming charges, that’s just how mobile should work.

  • NateJB_ Nate (@NateJB_) reported

@EE So its gone from free to 14£ for a one week trip keep in mind most EE customers (sim only) pay roughly 20£ a month. EE provide service in europe already so the infrastructure is in place. EE are already "award winning" so infrastructure is in place so why charge more?

  • Numberonerogue Sir Andy 🇬🇮 (@Numberonerogue) reported

@EE Garbage. It’s greed. Can the canned statement. Bye 👋🏼

  • slupasko1 Scott Lupasko (@slupasko1) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Goodbye from another customer. Lying and insulting.
