    @EE I’ve tried twice in two days’ running to perform the simple task of dropping off a phone at the Richmond store so that it can be sent off for repair. Your system is down for the second day running - this just isn’t good enough!

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    . @MartinSLewis hi Martin, just in case you don't know @EE are showing existing customers a new customer price when they upgrade through their app and then charging them more (in my case £7 a month) when they send the confirmation email. Absolutely disgusting.
