    @EE No problem. It was more data connectivity, as far as I'm aware texting and calling are still working.

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    Thanks to the guys and girls of the @ee customer support team. Thanks for all your help this evening unlocking my old phone. Not back customer service for a customer who left 18 months ago. But I'll be back soon.

    @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE I had a notification which says that the mobile data had been cut off by my supplier, which has now disappeared. But I've been having connectivity issues all week.

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

    @EE should’ve had my cardiology appointment 1st b4 calling ur customer services coz my BP is way high now .. if get anotha tablet (no pun intended) one of you will have to take it ... Billing me for a product I cancelled & telling me I can’t cancel my insurance .. #thieves

    @EE quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. £552.71 wrongly taken out my account after an advisor upgraded the wrong line. 3 days of calls, 3 manager call back requests ignored. Sat crying at home wondering how I’m going to feed my kids

    @EE Managed to get through, they say the two masts in the area are in a degraded state….then why do they allow connections to the mast and say its got full 4g coverage….utter joke of a network!

    @EE @BeanoOfficial @EE Please sort out connection in Surrey area, I have DM you with my post code, a lot of people are complaining that we can't even call our families there's 0 connection yet we are paying monthly bills, if this doesn't get fix we will end our contract with you it's been 2 yrs now
