Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. Jenny (@JennyB311) reportedMy 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?
