@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

Hi @EE I’ve been a DD customer with one-to-one, then T-Mobile now EE and never missed a payment. I’ve tried to take a second line and an upgrade and a BT broadband upgrade. All approved. You’ve failed 7 times to do what you said. I’m frustrated and want you to sort this out.

@EE Well I am a long term customer and I don’t think the price increases are fair, stop patronising your customers as well. FYI many broadband suppliers have in there T&Cs not to increase prices for the term on the contract.

Can’t believe @EE instead of warning us they were going to cancel my daughter’s Pay As You Go number (no warning texts were sent!) decided to hand it over to someone else SO mine & other family members messages have been going to some rando who took out a contract on Sunday 💀
