  @EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it

  Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?
