    @EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

    @EE Hi there Is there an issue with making and receiving calls in Carshalton. I've not been able to receive or make any calls for 6 months.

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE is there a fault with landlines in ST13 area? Tried using my landline to make a call at 9.30pm tonight. No outgoing nor incoming. Broadband was down at 10.45pm but back now but still no response when dialling from landline phone. Disappointing you don’t have a 24/7 helpline

    2021 and you still cannot get a good phone signal or WiFi connection at @haven in kiln park Tenby. Been hearing for years now that you are going to sort it out throughout the whole of the park. @EE

    @EE My broadband has been down since yesterday. Tried a factory reset and tried to turn it on and off. Please could you assist with this? We have jobs where we are required to work from home so this is quite urgent
