@EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

In certain sectors there will be a documented process to follow, but the usual expectation is that you have exhausted all means of contact with the company concerned.
