Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@EE I do not appreciate that EE passing the buck to BT when it is clearly your mask at the location is malfunctioning when both EE and BT customers are facing the same issue.

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

@richardhowle @ThreeUK @EE I did the same a few months ago and it's great, the speeds are far better than I can get on a fixed-line service. I did find I had to split it into 2 wifi networks 2.4 & 5 as some things would only connect to a 2.4 network like Alexa and Nest smoke alarms but it was easy to setup

@EE I’ll bet I’m not the only former T-Mobile customer in the UK that’s really annoyed that I’m now receiving paper bills when I had previously had opted out. And I cannot stop them online, only by phoning you. Not at all helpful.

@EE People are having coverage issues in the Beverley, HU17 area. Our town centre mast was removed last week, this has not been replaced and people are complaining on local Facebook pages about the service with local businesses loosing money with missed calls can this be looked into?
