So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

@TonyEdward12 @EE You have a contract and it’s not ee’s fault the phone was stolen. The entitlement is unreal. I had my phone stolen 5 years ago and I’d never think to put blame on my provider or make it their problem.

@EE is it possible to get a call back in order to cancel my sim contract? i have already tried to get through on 150 to cancel 3 times as it’s costing me a lot of money and is unusable. my phone contract is still with EE and won’t be cancelled.

@EE you won’t allow me to cancel my contract that comes to an end this month online and your phone lines have a very long wait time even on a Sunday. Surely just ending your contract when it comes to an end shouldn’t be so tough?
