    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    Hello @ee. I live in a great 5G area and have an iPhone12 Pro with latest IOS. However, haven’t had 5G signal for over a week. Is this a network or phone issue?

    @EE if you’re going to close both of your Newcastle stores all day for training, at least have the courtesy to update the opening hours on your website, or better yet not have your customer services agents at the call centre send customers to those stores to have issues resolved!

    @EE the worse possible customer experience I’ve ever experienced! Simply asked for roaming data and somehow they have taken my whole mobile plan out. I’ve had no mobile plan access for 5 days! No replies to email or nothing!
