@Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

Please please please do not go with @EE. Absolutely shocking! Worst service ever! Even more to add to what is going on with them! Get sent an email to call them. The number they provide is not the right one. Passed on to someone else. Fed up of it!

@EE Yes, we've rebooted the router 8 times and each time it resets the 'Internet' LED light just constantly flashes red (both wireless LEDs full green as is the broadband LED). Its been a problem since 4.30pm ish.
