@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

So my new @EE broadband still doesn't work even after they texted me and said "it's up and running"... I work from home. In these times where people are working from home it's vital to have access to the Internet. They better get someone out to have a look TODAY

@EE Your insurance phone number keeps hanging up on me, this has happened 3 times. Please can you investigate this so future customers don't suffer the same problem.
