    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    @EE can you help! My contract was meant to change b4 Christmas, I was told it wouldn’t work, I then was told it could work so it was changed. It then wouldn’t change until Christmas Day. It still didn’t change. I went to get a new phone today and it changed over This l this….

    Appalling service from @EE banned from texting 7 days on keep being told 72 more hours! Don't know how may people I've spoken to (lovely all of them) but no one can offer a solution. Ban lifted and still can't text. Who's breaching the contract now? Time to move provider! #crap
