Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?
