Honestly! The customer service I’ve received from @EE has been THE WORST (apart from heather). Can’t even cancel my contract! Can’t properly use my phone for a few weeks now because of network issues and they tell me there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO!? @MarcAllera this is not on!

So happy I moved by Broadband to @EE half the price of @virginmedia The clowns still keep trying to call me. How much more can I articulate I want to terminate my contract. Any ideas @EE
