    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    @MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

    @EE 18 days later, still no broadband service. Terse phone convo with your CS, yet more proof that the UK's Middlemen Economy in broadband is a broken system. It costs us consumers in our inflated broadband prices and snail like remedies to fix faults. Time to nationalise it all!

    @EE Is it company policy to ignore customers wished when they ask REPEATEDLY to be removed from any lists for promotional calls? And then tell the customer to “SHUT UP!” I hate EE and cannot wait to ditch EE in the gutter where you belong!
