    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE is there a way for me to turn off 5g on my phone? Whenever I have a 5g signal nothing works. No streaming, no loading fb news feed, Instagram stories, websites, anything! It's such an awful service. 4g is a million times better!!

    @EE @Leelamou Problem for me is I have a contract, me and 2 sons with shareable data. I’m working abroad, paying full whack but prevented sharing sons data with them! No, I didn’t see that in the small print @EE!!!

    @EE been having issues with my internet for a months and all I get told is it should be working now see you later. Engineers do nothing and no my WiFi is down again. Not happy having to pay for this when I work from home. The router may be an issue can you help get this sorted?

    @bt_uk My services are with @ee but i bought some whole home bt wifi discs through them. I contacted bt support who were great and gave me a fault code to give @ee to replace the discs as bought theough them and still have not replaced them

    @EE Yes i am, im losing Internet connect while at 2 bar strength, when i make phone calls, i get told i sound like a robot, never had any issues with singal in the past 5 years of having ee.
