@EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

Hi @EE I have 5G Router and we are not getting any internet through it!! We logged into it and nothing is wrong but when we can’t even do a speed test!!! With only one device connected to it! It costs £50 a month for this crap?!

@EE Uig Isle of Lewis - 2 weeks after getting our broadband and mobile signal back, it's playing up again. Crippling for my online business. No other masts cover our area most people don't have land lines. When EE goes down we are back to carrier pigeons & smoke signals
