    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

    @EE Well. It was good while it lasted @EE. As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

    From last week, only just found out it didn’t get sent! 🙄 @ee Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, no service. Absolutely pathetic EE. Worst network ever, can’t wait to get off. #NothingNowhere

    @EE Now I've opened a new complaint as I've just been informed via BOT that it will be fixed on 5th August 11.08 Spoke to someone at EE , they said it is now a major outage. He will call me back on the 6th August.

    @biggerbadderdom @EE We have had no broadband since Sunday early hours. Manchester area. We have had the same messages as you. I think the problem is spreading not getting fixed.

    @SkyNews @bt_uk have gotten away with this, unfortunately. They are an appalling company with terrible customer service. Now that they have merged with @EE, who provide excellent customer service, they will survive.

    @EE I've already done that. It has now been put back until 5th August. I have a severely disabled son who relies heavily on Internet, TV and gaming. I spoke with EE Apparently now a major outage .

    @EE was due to have my broadband installed today between 1300band 1800. Not had ot installed and had nothing to say when it will be rearranged. Tried to get help through app went round in circles. Not good customer service

    @EE That is hardly fair as I’m still an EE customer. And probably one of the most loyal there’s ever been. BT and EE are part of the same group so please explain why I’m not being recognised as a customer.
