@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

@EE Experienced fantastic C/Service from a call handler at your NI callcentre. His name was Dean & I think he was based at Craigavon. He was on the phone for an hour+ to fix a problem for my Gran who suffers with dementia. He was caring & went out of his way to sort the problem.

@EE received my TV that came with my handset on Friday. Broken upon taking it out of the box... Can't get through to customer service as over 40 minute wait??? Help please not impressed
