As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. Rachel Ralph (@RachelRalph8) reported@EE disgusted by the service my son received today (I am his appointee) Waited 6 weeks for an open reach engineer for them not to turn up today. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!
