@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

Dear @EE: You have worst customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with. Web site broken for months, basic tasks impossible. Text messaging broken too. Spent 45 minutes in @EE shop the other day; told problem fixed; got home to find it not fixed. Just incredible.

Was expecting to get my new phone from @EE today but the #DPD delivery driver had other ideas. In the literal 30 seconds it took for me to wake up and run to my front door he’s back in his van and reversing at speed away from my house. Wonderful service!
