@MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

@EE yet again no signal can’t speak to anyone on the online chat need to ring can you explain how I can ring without signal, I know about wifi calling but would need wifi for that what’s the point of a mobile if need to be on wifi!

@EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents
