@MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

@EE so just been told I can upgrade early... when I look at your deals without singing in to my account they are around £10 a month cheaper than when I do sign in? What a way to treat a customer who has been with you for nearly 20 years!

@EE Hi Michael, I've managed to sort it now. Because I ported my number out I had no way of contacting customer service as it would not accept my number and would not let me go any further. I had to go through complaints in the end to sort it.
