As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous.
