@ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

@MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

If I was @MarcAllera at @EE, I would be seriously considering, given the cost of living crisis, abandoning the additional 3.9% increase on top of CPI. 3.9 % is charged for future expansion of the network, however 5G deployment should already be well underway alongside 3G sunset.

@EE So the area I live in has lost good 4g from EE and I'm being asked to rebuild reboot my phone!? My Airband guy says the EE signal has degraded and my broadband has gone from 70-5meg. So rebooting my phone will help how?? #EE

Absolutely DISGUSTED by @EE My husband has been a customer of yours for 20 years & today we found out you have issued a £1500 bill for his work data sim for 60gb which neither he (nor the company) knew didn't have a spend cap alert . Guess we'll eat only bread for a few months...

Smashed my phone screen months ago and haven’t been able to use the tweet button. Then dropped it down the toilet last night. Ordered a new iPhone 14pro from @EE at 8pm and was in hand by 11am today. Can’t grumble at that service at all.
