Mark P Tickner (@mptickner) reported from Chilworth, England@MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? -
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported@MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)
-
K🐧🤘🌻🌱🏊♀️🏴🇬🇧 (@purplepenguin81) reportedIs it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?

-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE And a total waste of time that is - I don’t want apologies, or someone to say sorry - I want a resolution to something that has been going on for nearly a month now - not fit for purpose is how I describe the (non) service I have received from everyone I have dealt with so far
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
