    @MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

    @EE truly shocking company, service land all round latitude. Getting nowhere after t@four weeks of trying to get operational in the UK. Suffice to say I shall be cancelling everything with them.

    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

    @EE Hi I’m getting texts from number 249 asking for feedback, my replies will not send from my iPhone to you with that number just 3 digits, All other texts send no problem, it appears that number sends texts but can’t be responded to as requested?

    @EE It’s about the EE Business sharing plan. You withdrew the plan, but kept advertising it. Just spoken to a patronising customer service agent who contradicted this and kept telling me that EE Sharing Plan was the same as EE Business Connect.

    @EE if your network is best in UK as you claim, why does my wife’s phone display a G or H with your SIM card, but a 4G with Giffgaff ? We live just a few miles from Oxford city centre so we are not in the middle of nowhere.
