@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

@EE you can get it cheaper elsewhere with ee as a provider because they can obvioulsy sell access to they network cheaper to third parties than they will sell it to you. price gauging much? yes i think so. they are also unhelpful and cant price match till you say you are leaving

@EE any chance anyone could help? Spoke to an advisor yesterday and they set 2 Sims for me with a great deal. New 5G ones that would come through the post next week. But neglected to mention that our current Sims will be deactivated until we get the new ones.

@Ofcom help, I’m having massive issues with @1pMobile they provided me with a PAC which I gave to @EE who have said the PAC they have given me isn’t linked to the number I am trying to transfer. EE have quadruple checked it and 1P mobile won’t help just telling me to wait a month
