As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. 😢😤😡

The “service” is as consistent as the weather and the price is higher than the stars. I will never touch EE ever again or recommend them to anyone. Manure.

You're responsible for the entire network at @glastonbury but you made a choice to prioritise yr own customers in order to force others to use your service. That stinks.
