    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE has the worst customer service team I've ever had to deal with, issues ongoing for months, do not sign up with them. Especially in Newcastle.

    @EE Don't upgrade with EE in Newcastle, for over a year I've had issues with single and broken masts that they still have not fixed.

    @EE UK best mobile network my neck trying to give me Edge in 1 of the biggest cities in England yeah. Not even 4G or 3G but Edge you know. And still yet to come back to me after an Agent telling me I can upgrade for £80 despite my being offered a Fee Free upgrade and qualifying!

    @EE Was due an upgrade last year, never received a text to remind 45 days where i could upgrade on my ANYTIME plan. So, tried to upgrade, they wanted the phone back and £300, told me to come back in Aug. So much for the ANYTIME plan. Disgrace.

    @EE have consistently failed to fix issues with signal, but have had no issues taking my money every month. I miss phone calls for therapy and medication because I have no signal!? In the city they advertise 5G. Do not sign up for EE in Newcastle, if you are, call and complain.

    @EE Why am I STILL getting charged for my husband’s phone bill even though it was cancelled last year. Whenever I contact support they claim it’s stopped yet I keep getting bills for it.
