    @EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

    @EE hi EE im having terrible trouble with my Broadband. It seems fine all day, but when due to work, the hub is orange&red. I am a DN and am doing OOHDN triaging from home during the pandemic, so i am reliant on a good signal. Unable to ring at min as phone is flat. PLEASE HELP

    @EE hi, i'm new EE pay monthly customer, having been on PAYG for years but how long does it take to switch over? I inserted the old sim card into the new contract phone, but on the My EE app it's showing i'm PAYG not pay monthly?

    @EE 4G has been down all day, showing up on my iPhone but when I go to use anything to do with my data connection it tells me it’s unavailable

    3) When the wifi shuts down, I hotspot and use my @EE phone data. Within 3 days, I had used all of my data allowance for the month. It ran out during a lesson, so I had to purchase more.

    @EE I've had no signal for 19 hours now, I done a signal check yesterday it's sayin we will expect this to be fixed in 8 hours but may take longer. Is there any more information on this
