@EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@EE Yes, tried this morning on a different device but still got the exact same pop up. I had a callback booked but noone rang so I'm guessing it's still down for everyone. I'll try again later, just gutted I've missed out on free Galaxy buds as the offer expired 25th Feb.

@EE your broadband keeps dropping out and, when it is working I'm getting 90 to 120 kbps. Your broadband is bad but this is awful. Are there any know network issues?

@EE Well if you want to help you could possibly stop repeatedly ignoring my complaints about your crappy EE app which every time I tried to login to you doesn’t work and every time I contact you you send me back some stupid baloney answer which is of absolutely no use to me.
