EE Issues Reports Near Grantham, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Grantham and nearby locations:

  • therealRitchP Ritch (@therealRitchP) reported from Chadwell, England

@EE @terribletim6 That reads as “go then, we don’t much care to keep you as a customer” - very poor response there….

  • djstar3d David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  • DanLeahy71 Dan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DanLeahy71) reported from Stretton, England

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

  • BelvoirFox Fox on the Piste (@BelvoirFox) reported from Bottesford, England

@EE what has happened to our mobile signal this morning? Neither my wife nor I have any, we normally have 5 bars!

  • MichelleThomps1 Michelle Thompson (@MichelleThomps1) reported from Sleaford, England

@EE absolutely appalling service that I’ve had from EE! No apology, and no reason why you’ve cancelled my order.

  • coxy1987 martyn cox (@coxy1987) reported from Balderton, England

@EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

  • lincsbirder2019 lincsbirder2019 (@lincsbirder2019) reported from Bourne, England

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

  • Greyhound_One The Brig (@Greyhound_One) reported from Bourne, England

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.

  • Karen_1979 Karen (@Karen_1979) reported from Wandsworth, England

Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.
