    @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

    @EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

    @EE Sign up for a new contract, phone not delivered even though you say delivery was attempted, this is a lie. 2 payments taken already, 3 different phone calls. STILL NOTHING RESOLVED. Worst mobile phone company by a mile. Frustrating is an understatement

    Since I upgraded to the @Apple iPhone 13 I’ve been very disappointed. Calls aren’t clear and break up a lot. This never happened with my iPhone 11. Anyone else having issues like this? @AppleSupport @EE

    @EE Phone reception at my house so bad I've had to switch to Three on a new contract. And I live 1m from the town centre and a large football stadium. 5G? Not even 4G here. No more walking around the house now and hanging out of a window just to use the phone for calls.

    @EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…
