    @EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

    @ComplaintEE @EE Oh, so mobile phone manufacturers will be putting, "for external use only" on their products then eh. No, thought not. The other thing is. If I go outside I get very little signal at all, and as for the internet! Enough said. However 02 works fine outside and inside but not EE.

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @EE I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days about phone problem...I reported it a few days ago and the fix hasn't worked. Completely understand your priorities but the help on your website doesn't answer my problem ...and I cant find any other way to contact you. Please help

    .@EE I know you’re going to say you’ve 85% 4G coverage, but babes you don’t. My lived experience tells me otherwise. Please sort your signal coverage out. I’m forever stuck with buffering and my partner is sick of hearing about it. #4G #EE

    @EE I am really sorry but it seems to have been my error. I use adguard and it uses a vpn which seems to have doing the blocking. Very odd! I'll delete the tweet as soon as I have sent this. Thanks for trying to help anyway and sorry again.

    @EE Have tried to view my upgrade options via your website for MONTHS now and always get to the 'sorry! We couldn't find that page'. Checking tweets from others shows this issue goes back at least a year. Can't your web team look into this rather than asking us to call instead?
