The other thing is. If I go outside I get very little signal at all, and as for the internet! Enough said. However 02 works fine outside and inside but not EE.

I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.
