Iโve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watchโs data plan, just a real mess.

Karim Harbott (@KarimHarbott) reported@EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.
