  @EE well that was a waste of time for a customer since one to one days. Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

  @EE EETv is the worst subscription I’ve ever taken out can’t wait to go back to Sky the customer service is basically telling me I’m wrong there’s no problems or it’s WiFi controlled so we can’t guarantee your tv programs all the time the tv guides are wrong most times awful

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.   @EE we have all our devices with you. This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is £3k. We have had 3 ‘engineers’ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.

  @EE Felt I needed to address my moan. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Many thanks @EE
