    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though ๐Ÿคฃ

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up ยฃ10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    This EE advert is cool. But we can do this over 4G ....... NO HANDSETS SUPPORT 5G YET CHILL @EE UNTIL SEPTEMBER WHEN IPHONE XI IS RELEASED

    @EE Are all your staff on strike tofsy or what, can't get no service anywhere for my pack to renew tomorrow srnd DM sent text to top up more than once been on twitter 2 or 3 times no idea if anything has gone on, hope not or some will have to go back in my account tried ยฃ20

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @AppleSupport Iโ€™m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. Iโ€™ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watchโ€™s data plan, just a real mess.

    @EE Hi, no Iโ€™ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. Iโ€™m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE wonโ€™t waiver it as itโ€™s 1 or other

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesnโ€™t say youโ€™re ever on 5G+ itโ€™s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE why has my service been restricted for non payment of a bill that was paid days before due as normal. Payment taken from my bank but not updated on the app. Very very unimpressed

    @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

    @EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, Iโ€™m told they donโ€™t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom
