I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.

Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Or do I need to look at swapping providers as I'm out of contract. Been with you since the Orange analogue days - be sad to say bye but service/value is important to me.
