Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
