@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

@EE I've just managed it. It seems to be a problem with the pin I'm using because I chose to enter password instead and it worked. The only thing is now, I know my pin was right so how do I reset it?

@EE I was missold a sim only contract in one of your store in Woolwich London..Attendant was hasty and did not inform me about the Terms an condition..I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but the store refused to process it.

@EE Hello! Was missold a sim only contract in your store in Woolwich Arsenal. Attendant was hasty, fraudulent and didn’t inform me of the Terms and Condition. I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but your store didn’t process it. #ScamAlert

@EE Hello, your emergency app update appears to have fixed the issue for myself. Just a shame you were unaware of the app maintenance. Perhaps feed that back to IT and customer service.
