    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

    @EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @EE absolutely shocking service. No network for days on end, refund doesn't cover the impact. Not able to use WiFi calling due to network. Can't call customer services. Total joke.

    @EE Hey all, there's a service problem in my area that has been going on now for best side of seven weeks - is there any update you can provide on this as it's severely impacting things having no signal unless connected to my router.

    @EE When I asked for a refund on my previously paid bills as I haven't been getting the service I am paying for I was told that as my commitment period had ended you didn't need to refund me and was told to either persevere with WiFi calling or leave

    Half in the morning (target mara pace +10- 20%). Then back to @EE. Hopefully get it fixed or cancel my contract. I'm a lorry driver, I can't exist without Google maps and such.

    @EE appalled at how I have been treated, due to a mast issue in my area (Edgware), I have had terrible signal at best for months! Apparently you have been aware of this problem since August but didn't think to notify your customers but carry on taking our money each month?

    @EE bit suss my internet goes down and my speed drops weeks before my contract ends , currently running below Minimum Guarantee but the lines appeared to close before 8pm as advertised
