For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE Obviously we’ve been on the phone to EE every day for 10 days Your people have no idea what’s wrong and they can’t organise an Openreach engineer. We’ve had 3 “cancelled” appointments with no reasons given. Your broadband service is worse than a joke .@EE

So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

@EE my number is important ive had it years and I dont put my number anywhere i never share my info! I have a work phone on a different network and it never happens on that phone!?? funny that aye!

@EE Its better than it was, it does still happen at random times, and ive tried restarting router when it happens but it doesnt help.
