@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

@EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

@EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

@Breadmaker6 @MrCressa @EE They tried to get me on to Broadband from BT about 14 months ago. After a month of them "trying" to move me they had to give up and put me back to BT. All while charging me. They refunded it all and paid the compensation, but was shocking service. Won't consider them in future.

@EE @Andy_1098 Yes they have stopped offering loyalty offers, they are just a generic network now, tbh customers service is decent but gone are good days when they would offer you a tariff individually suited to you.

@EE after storm Goretti residents of TR12 have had no internet since Jan 8th. This means vulnerable, elderly people cannot phone emergency services or speak with loved ones. Can you give me an estimate when they will be back online?

@EE I will never use this company again. Over £1000 fraud on my mobile account years ago and now lying to me about when my broadband will be here. Order in November not even a cable to my house yet. Wanted me to keep paying too.

@EE Hi, I’m on EE Pay As You Go. My SIM worked abroad previously but roaming has stopped in Germany. I topped up in April but had no chargeable activity and now I can’t receive SMS or log in. I need my UK number kept active for return to the UK. Please help re-enable roaming.

It's shocking that a 14 year customer of @ThreeUK is spoken to with minor contempt when calling to sort a failed online upgrade. Poor website reliability, poor customer service. I was so close to moving to @EE who I'm sure would appreciate a new customer. More fool me I guess.

@EE I can't check as I don't have a login. I would like to see if you can expedite the request as this makes residents feel unsafe and disconnected. Are you able to make an emergency fix for them?
