    @EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🀣

    @EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying Β£100+pm

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

    @EE Morning. I spent 55 minutes on the phone to technical support and another department last night to no avail. Solution proposed was to change my subscription to different hub at extra Β£15 per month! No further forward and still items dropping WiFi at will

    @cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
