    @EE hi I’ve tried to contact EE to cancel my home broadband as I traveled back home I’ve used the chat service but you only provide a virtual agent which is only responding to limited questions I’ve no Uk no. to call and you don’t provide and email for customer support..

    Been waiting on an online chatting service from @EE since 12:15 waiting to be swapped to a different department...... anytime now would be great for a reply for something I’ve been trying to sort for months 🙄

    @EE mixed bag with you lot today. One lad telling us to shop elsewhere and not wanting to help and the other sorting us out with two upgrades and an hours chat. Doesn’t take much to be nice 👍🏻

    Is @EE having issues today? I've got no 4G and very very poor intermittent mobile phone signal. Not normally like this, I've switched my phone on and off and all tbr usual things they ask you to do...
