  @EE one of your colleagues have me on hold!! Refusing to let me speak to a manager. My phone has been blacklisted for no reason and they won’t fix it!!! I have a baby and I can even call 999 for an ambulance

  @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

  @brightsider123 @EE ??? Never had a problem with chargers, it's the cables ime that break all too easily, sometimes only for data, not charging. Chargers are sometimes not powerful enough (typically old ones).
