Called @EE today to cancel my broadband & was all arranged to be cancelled in 14 days time. 5 minutes after the call our internet stops working. I call EE back they say they’ve accidentally cancelled it immediately and there’s nothing they can do other than offer me a £30 credit.

@woodylad83 @EE That requires too much common sense mate. I don't think any of us would have had a problem with that at all. Apparently, they're not sure if the code comes in the box and that is part of the hold up because they're not allowed to open the stock and check.

Hi @EE. Bit confused help needed. Got text yesterday saying I can upgrade now. Went Online & saw ok(ish) iPhone 12 mini deal £40.50 fee free but by evening it had gone & wanted to charge an early exit fee & higher monthly. Rang for clarity and told same.

@woodylad83 @EE Yeah PS+ bundle, been waiting patiently up until now even though it's been handled very badly by EE, just hope they pull their finger out this week and then will never order from them again. Be better off waiting for stock elsewhere.

Hey @PlayStationUK are you able to help out @EE apparently they are all confused as to why they can’t deliver the #PS5 with controller and PS+. They have orders from the 19th November but can’t figure out how to post them to their customers.
