For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE I really need help! Whilst in UK added Roaming Further & extra data. Shown up as added. Not able to access in USA! Can’t access my EE,not sent pw reset, tried ringing c/S on hold at £ 1.35 per minute for 2x15 min sessions,cut off. Rang store but they can’t help Pls help me!

@EE could you confirm where service is guaranteed. Constant issues with phone since Jan 2022. Unable to answer calls today. Told by your technical advisor service is not guaranteed at home, whilst moving or whilst stationary.

@AppleSupport Hi, I have a iPhone13 Mini been suffering for 6+ months with various issues, including it gets so hot after 15-20 mins on a call you can't touch it. Been to Genius twice, got new SIM card from @EE and still the same issues. Any suggestions please?

@PriyaMulji @O2 @EE Tesco mobile uses the same network as O2 and I’ve always found their customer service fab and some very good deals too. Worth a look.

@EE Mobile broadband in East Ayrshire is down! (KA3). Your site says ‘recent problems, now fixed…’. They aren’t! Was promised 30mb signal, but get 5-10mb 90% of time, with regular crashes to 1-2mb. Not even close to good enough…
