    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying ยฃ100+pm

    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though ๐Ÿคฃ

    @EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

    For a long time Iโ€™ve believed @EE weโ€™re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months Iโ€™ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues Iโ€™ve faced ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

    @EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasnโ€™t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @EE @EE 40 minutes into a live chat trying to get this sent out still. Whoever decides your customer services scripts and strategy needs sacking immediately. Canโ€™t wait for my contracts to run down to move elsewhere because youโ€™re THE MOST frustrating company to try and deal with

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    @EE Iโ€™ve never had any problems with the landline but honestly the past few months in my area, the call signal has been really poor. Sometimes itโ€™s going to SOS. Please sort it out

    @EE I cannot log in. Neither on the website I'm sent on an endless loop of confirming my identity with SMS codes. I rang EE and they told me it was an issue across the board affecting many customers and that it would be solved shortly. Could you help, please? Thank you
