For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE @EE I can make/receive calls & use my phone on Wifi but have had no mobile internet on it (Samsung S20) since yesterday morning. Is it my phone or is it another EE outage? Postcode PL21 0SZ. I have called several times and am promised a text with fault details but it never comes.

@EE Good there is a human. Don’t try to justify the price hikes then. I’m constantly getting texts from EE saying there is a fault with my home network (cellular), and sorry for disruption. Then same again the week after they say its been fixed. I’m sure you can look.

@EE There's nothing wrong with the internet about 80% of the time. Right now the speeds are fine, so it's clearly not an issue with cabling or the router. At midnight, for example, the speeds ALWAYS drop to under 1Mbps, as well as randomly throughout the day. That's a supply issue.

@EE please can someone help me sort my gifting data. Im on unlimited and only gifted 28gb to my tablet from my phone since 8 Jan and it’s saying my unlimited phone plan only has less than 500mb left and won’t let me gift. Also tried to DM U and it’s not going through.
