@EE 5 weeks after house move I still don't have phone number transferred! It's been one long nightmare - broadband and now landline. Incredibly frustrating process - bounce between EE and Openreach, think both hope I will give up! Dr. working with NHS & business to run - help!

@EE the worst service ever, sell a phone that performs poorly, you complain and actually agree to pay to upgrade and they want to charge £400 to upgrade to a decent phone when I have had nearly 12 months of problems, Kevin Bacon thinks its No1 but I think it’s poor

@EE Hi Olivia, hoping it’s still there (im putting in my third 45 mile round trip for it today). The issue has stemmed from never receiving an ‘it’s arrived in store’ call or text (which would’ve then mentioned the ID); 1/2
