    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE can you advise a method of contacting you that actually works? I'm due an upgrade but the phone I want is cheaper on other networks, your text messaging service crashes every time I type a message and your phone line goes unanswered so I can't get a price match or PAC code.

    @EE When I tap on Show Extra Charges on the app I just get a blank screen. I need to see what these are for. On the desktop it just says "There was an error". Can you fix this please.

    @EE The upgrade pages on your website seem to be completely broken for second devices/lines. Clicking ‘see upgrade options’ just cycles endlessly to the same ‘My Shop’ screen.

    @O2 spoken to customer service this morning asked could I take a return back to my local O2 store, they said yes, guess what? They wouldn't accept it! @VodafoneUK @EE do you think you can give better service for 25 plus business contracts? I think I'm moving provider soon!
