For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE hi. My contract with you recently ended and i left EE. I'VE decided to return but when I log into my EE app it says account closed. I've ported my number from three (only with them for one week 🤔) I can reregister as the enrol is cubed to my old phone. Can you help please?

@EE Sorry Jo, I've bought a new phone from.carphone warehouse. In this day and age people need reliability and good customer service. I'd spent 2 days trying to buy a phone through EE.

I am not usually one for a Twitter rant but MY GOD @EE has pushed me to the edge today. For the FOURTH day in a row, EE has gone down in Dickens Heath - no calls in or out. Hilariously, the live chat agent advised me to "speak to my boss and not use my phone for work matters".
