Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

  • Tent_Peg Tent_Peg (@Tent_Peg) reported

@hkam5147 @EE I have no issues getting through to an actual person. Problem is, I usually get cut off after 10 seconds or so, as the EE connection is so bad 😭

  • SidAhme67642789 Sid Naeem (@SidAhme67642789) reported

@EE your asking me to return my old device however I have never received my iPhone 12 pro max which I ordered last year

  • PhilCavell Philip Cavell (@PhilCavell) reported

So @bt_uk - our BT broadband is too poor for my daughter to remote learn with her school. Your summary. You have no way to increase our speed or when you can upgrade our service. Your solution is to contact @EE - who you also own, and get a mobile account. Do I have that right?

  • cappilio Jamie Harrison (@cappilio) reported

@SamsungUK My old huawei p30 Pro battery is 5x better, and that's with pretty much every power intensive function on the s20 note off. The chipset is terrible . @ee your gonna have to swap this it's not useable or fit for purpose

  • sonicsusie Susie (@sonicsusie) reported

@EE ..24/hours of dancing through hoops and still no decent customer service from EE.....be aware people!

  • Azza201211 Walks (@Azza201211) reported

@OpenreachHelp @EE my girlfriend lives in a new build flat 2 months in, still no WiFi. EE keep saying they're chasing openreach & that you haven't fixed a wiring issue. Yet other flats in the build are all sorted. Why is this taking 2 months? Absolutely ridiculous service.

  • JesscaLea Jessica Lea (@JesscaLea) reported

@leestoker1984 @EE I'm sorry youre having issues too. I thought my timekeeping was bad but honestly, the amount of times I've heard it'll be fixed in so many days and then it's dragged on for THREE MONTHS. That's almost 13% of my contract with them. Not good enough really is it?
