For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE There is a mast near my postcode HU7 3AD that has been having issues for over a year. Im still having issues with bad signals. I have been credited previously but the lack of service , and the length of time its taking to fix said problem is ridiculous. Any ideas????

@EE Unimpressed to be on hold for 45 minutes and then be unceremoniously cut-off when I do make it to an advisor. Do you guys track deliberate cut-offs? And oh yeah - Can I get some help adding a data roaming package please?!

@EE I have but the email I’ve had and the plan on my EE app is not what we agreed. The message service no longer seems to work either. I’ve got a newborn baby and finding time to call is not an option right now

@FionaRhiannon @Lil_EmR @EE I got my issue sorted. It still drops but it reconnects after restarting my phone. They sorted mines by telling me to switch off the wifi and go to network settings. Once there, turn off automatic network selection and it SHOULD come up with a list. Pick one and it should connect
