Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Paul Scullion (@Dr_Letterman) reported@hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE Same here. They told my parents they could have 2 free tablets and a decrease on their monthly payments. Neither was true. Complained and they said they would get the tablets picked up by DPD. DPD never arrived. After 4 further DPD no-shows we had to send them back via Royal Mail
-
Me (@shawtty64) reported@EE still a problem with your website
-
Equilan (@Equilan) reported@EE The DD was setup but money moved to another account as it's paid from my billing account. How long does it take them to retry? It's been a week now. So, you're also advising me to call the number that doesn't work. I give up. Thankfully my contract is up in October.
-
π€π€π€ (@TakittyAi) reported@EE Im getting charged for any messages I send back :/ not too good for customer service
-
Fiona Senior (@dartwalker) reported@AndyWoodturner I hate Digital Voice too. Spent an hour sitting in my car earlier this week in the nearest spot to us with mobile signal to call @EE because the broadband was out again, therefore no phone! Useless service.
-
Aingeal (@AngieCa26314731) reported@toadmeister Should be the case in all places of employment - in particular educational establishments at all levels. Problems with @EE but would not go near their store in Livingston yesterday as draped in progress pride flags. Only British Heart Foundation had similar. Sorry changed
-
Nagging Fishwife (@Cazcharl1) reported@EE how about getting your door to door sales people to show their ID before telling them they need to check their broadband speed!! Especially with the elderly. Bad practice.
-
Martin Baker | Mental health author and blogger (@GumOnMyShoeBook) reported. @EE are your app and website down at the moment? Unable to log into either with credentials that worked fine 2 days ago.
-
Yvonne Gordon (@yonvon) reported@EsharDhill20660 @EE Been with them 25 years and never had an issue
-
Simon 101 (@sc101_101) reported@EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
