For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE Why is it for the last 2 days am I getting no signal and no mobile data all of a sudden. No area issues showing on website. Or is this when my phone miraculously stops working properly to push me into getting an upgrade as its 2 years old.

@EE FYI- I have been talking to your team most days. They’re powerless to escalate the issue from retail to business, and the only answer is that we are waiting on @WeAreOpenreach. The track a fault feature is not working for me (only update shows on 27/10) so no ETA on a resolution

@EE I'll not be calling anyone again regarding this. I've already called twice and basically been fobbed off. Order placed, paid, delivered to God knows where and you're not in the least bit interested. Pathetic service. One of the worst firms I've ever dealt with. Joke

@EE Anyone else out there having problems with EE, especially the broadband to the TV? I changed recently from Sky and EE is shocking. I’m about to cancel EE, so can @EE please advise me how to do this?

@EE never known a company like it, call to upgrade my phone 45 mins in to the call still no phone sorted just trying to push their broadband on me! I dont know how many times I've said no i just want a phone!!

@EE No it's fine, I've been told it hasn't been done with the switch so will be calling later to cancel the broadband and stick with virgin
