For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE No, because each time I have in the past nothing has changed. I think its time you came clean to all customers who live outside of the main cities and towns. The service we receive is poor. Daily messages telling us the signal is going to bad make little difference

Hey, @EE, I was wondering whether it's possible to change my SIM only contract to a cheaper plan and still be able to use the same data add ons that are available now. I tried looking on my MyEE account but couldn't find anything of use. Any help would be great, Thanks

What on earth is going down with the mobile networks lately ? After everything went down the other day . Both my contracts are down or like dial up again today. Something is going on. Getting utterly phucked off with it @EE @VodafoneUK .

@EE It really wasn’t a big issue. I wasn’t searching for Wi-fi until your huge ad promoted it, then in the very location of the ad there was no phone signal or Wi-fi. It was just an amusing example of overselling.

@EE Yeah great. We have to chase refunds when its your company tampering that causes it. Really should give everyone damn refund without us chasing it cos i doubt its just retford.
