Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

@EE please fix the signal in Cheadle Hulme (SK8 5AF). It hasn't been working for months and quite a large area of Cheadle Hulme has poor signal or no signal at all. I have tried reporting it online.

@EE why is the signal so bad in the North Somerset area. It has never been this bad, currently on 2 bars of signal and this is most of the time. Convinced my partner to change to EE from Vodafone and raved about how great the coverage was and now you are letting me down 🥲

Changed my mind about leaving @EE tbf they have never let me down with customer care etc. however the plans available on any of the phones I want are absolutely horrible atm. Was going to upgrade my contract for my bday but nothing I wanted works out price wise 😔
