  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Lincoln District, England

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Lincoln District, England

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

  • Ewells85 Emma Naylor (@Ewells85) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England

@EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

  • LouiseRead16 Lou Read (@LouiseRead16) reported from Branston, England

@EE Yes not far away, my signal is always better in some places than others. At work I have 2 stand by a window to connect. 😂

  • damokins82 Damian Kinsella (@damokins82) reported from Lincoln District, England

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

  • annaonthemoon Rebecca Lockley #WeAreStarfleet 🖖🏻 #IDIC (@annaonthemoon) reported from Dunholme, England

  • isabelaimee Dr. isabel aimee (@isabelaimee) reported

@EE emergency. Your site is not responsive.

  • Joyceyboy6 Andrew Joyce (@Joyceyboy6) reported

Why is the @EE website and app so useless? Letter telling me my monthly bill is increasing by 8.33% and trying to see options on my account. Of course, the website or app don’t work! For a company selling tech it’s pretty piss poor.

  • jonwhitfieldqc Jon Whitfield QC (now KC) (@jonwhitfieldqc) reported

@racenerd2 @TimHarford @EE A good way to get a better deal is to ask to transfer. They will almost always the give you the deal they claim they cannot give. It’s simply business and the loyal customer is the cash-cow that they milk.

  • MartinJohnston7 Martin Johnston Actor (@MartinJohnston7) reported

There can be no justification whatsoever for @EE to increase their broadband package by £4 per month or £48 per year. This is wholly exploitative. Can anyone personally recommend a broadband provider that offers great service for less than £40 per month?

  • andyroo66 Andy (@andyroo66) reported

@catherine89x @EE I had this for over a year on the app and they couldnt fix it. Then one day started working again

@virginmedia @ben_benjamin3 I’ve had to switch providers this year as @EE are offering a MUCH better deal. Even after being a customer for 13 years at my home, and 10 at my dad’s. Talking to them on the phone reduced the cost *somewhat* but it’s still not good enough.

  • ZRuns0nCoffee Zak ₄₄ (@ZRuns0nCoffee) reported

@EE @Danielbk I’ve complained about poor service too. My complaint was closed when I waiting for someone to call me back. So it’s pointless even calling

  • dollymacpink Disco Dev (@dollymacpink) reported

@MartinSLewis GC14 and GC23 @Ofcom does a text method now hoever when sim not active still a nightmare with all network i trained @EE

  • AndyQui29237736 Andy Q (@AndyQui29237736) reported

@O2 @Twatmospheric @EE The 4G has become horrendously bad it was fine a few months ago! However there is next to no 5g in my area

  • GNEAlex22 Alex Davies (@GNEAlex22) reported

@EE I got told by a human that the IT department knew about the issue, yet I am still getting this message?
