    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE BT @bt_uk whoever it is. Nothing is joined up. Home move don’t cancel, don’t tell you to send hub back, you get £60 hit, sales miss sell mobile 4g hub, forget to tell u to return it charged £90 and old broadband not cancelled end up paying two accounts- EE R CROOKS B WARNED

    @EE I can’t use Relay UK because my EE SIM isn’t receiving any texts. I also can’t log into my EE account since it asks for a code that never arrives due to the SIM issue. Please provide me with an email contact.

    @EE is there a network issue atm? iPhone suggesting it can’t activate PDP network and 4/5g keeps dropping in/out. No issues on wifi!

    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @EE all I want to do is leave your cruddy network and yet I’ve got to sit in a 45 minute queue just to speak to someone?! This is ridiculous

    @Ofcom @EE online broadband 900 = 37.99 (logged in or new customer). Phone 150 to upgrade/move and i’m quoted 57.99, only lowered to 47.99 when i raise the point the website shows it as 37.99. 100% breaking regulations here
