  @ComplaintEE @EE Oh, so mobile phone manufacturers will be putting, "for external use only" on their products then eh. No, thought not. The other thing is. If I go outside I get very little signal at all, and as for the internet! Enough said. However 02 works fine outside and inside but not EE.

  For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

  @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

  @EE well that was a waste of time for a customer since one to one days. Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

  Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

  @EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

  @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though 🤣

  @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

  See whilst I hear it....sometimes this UK place has trash signal 😤 Don't even know why I continue to pay a phone bill to @EE 🙄 Then they make your data move really slow when on a phone call, so to use my phone whilst one a call, i either need to whatsapp call or use wifi

  Do @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

  @EE I've tried this and it doesn't work. Have been into a store today, they thought it was the sim but after changing it, still no service. Tried activating an eSim and this has now failed too. Still can't get access to live chat or anything.

  @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.
