    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    @EE well that was a waste of time for a customer since one to one days. Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though ๐Ÿคฃ

    @ComplaintEE @EE Oh, so mobile phone manufacturers will be putting, "for external use only" on their products then eh. No, thought not. The other thing is. If I go outside I get very little signal at all, and as for the internet! Enough said. However 02 works fine outside and inside but not EE.

    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying ยฃ100+pm

    @EE Iโ€™ve now had to send an email stating very few details. Iโ€™m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing itโ€™s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

    Can never get onto the net at half time at The City Ground now with @EE ๐Ÿ˜ฉ however might not be such a bad thing on some occasions.

    For a long time Iโ€™ve believed @EE weโ€™re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months Iโ€™ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues Iโ€™ve faced ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

    @EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

    @EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasnโ€™t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

    @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get lessโ€ฆ

    @EE @paulmatt86 Our networks in the UK are a scam. I left EE to go to o2 and I have the same problems with either network. Both offer โ€œ5gโ€ but speeds are worse than 3G!!

    @SpeedyTyping @EE That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer and giving them chances to resolve it. ๐Ÿ’™ I hope EE listens and puts this right quickly. What outcome would make you feel fairly treated?

    I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

    @EE any update on the outage in the BT79 area other than the service status checker which keeps updating with an estimated fix 24hrs after whatever time you check it? Original fix time was Sunday. Now saying Wednesday.
