@EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

@AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

Yes a multi million pound company can't help me but a guy in a independent phone shop with nowhere near the resources of @EE can! Don't pay for the extra on my phone contract clearly, just take it to him in future! Can I get my money back EE as I have to pay for my own repairs?

@EE EE obviously fixed the problem your end as it started working again. However I did have to reboot my router and phone, again (note "again"). Are you a real person as a lot of people had this problem but your response was like i was the only one? Do you know what the problem was?

@EE WiFi calling doesn't even work and it usually does so definitely fault with network :( which is a first as it's usually pretty good with signal everywhere
