Just left @EE after 9 years, but had the best phone call ever with the operator called Ryan. I didn’t get the rate the service text, but him and his pokemon tattoos get 10/10 from me 😂

@EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

@AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

@EE it seems my phone is out of data but you have changed your site and it won't let me buy any for my phone, it just says gift data why would I want to gift data to myself? never had it before i need it for my number what was virgin you ported it any ideas? I need data

FYI, the @EE customer service assistants who have worked with us over the past 2 months have been excellent throughout, constantly checking up on our process. But the lack of communication from @OpenreachHelp has been thoroughly disappointing and lacking.

@EE Is there an issue with the EE app. As I have been trying to access it for about 5 days now and it advises there seems to be a problem. I need to transfer some data but can not wait on hold for 40 plus minutes to do that. Please fix your APP.
