@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE as always not the problem that is the biggest issue it is the way your customer service is dealing with the situation. In USA no service for 5 days - woman in New Orleans for Mardi Gras feeling insecure without my phone working. No call backs as promised no one cares sort it

In EE again @EE - returning items which were sent to us by post on 14th Feb . Items which were cancelled by us on 24th Dec and for which we were charged in Jan and Feb . Hoping for better service today at EE bullring

@KCOMhome is there an update on the internet situation? I have terrible signal with @EE in my area due to mast situation. I can’t even make a phone call, as I have to use Wi-Fi call. What do I do? I can’t see my emails, messages, use online banking. I’m on my last data.

Seriously @VodafoneUK, you have the most useless broadband service. I’ve persevered with it; but I rue the day I left @EE. Should have just stayed with the devil I knew.
