Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE @endsbowen I don’t get this comment at all. It’s like saying “I’m going to kick you in the ***** but it’s ok because I’m telling you before I do it” I’ve been a broadband and phone customer for years and will absolutely be moving elsewhere.
-
EndsBowen (@endsbowen) reported
@richardtorble @EE Exactly. There is a place for prices rises I get that but lucky I can afford it, but it’s excessive and extremely greedy. They are all *************** now. But don’t want to afford that for no better service or perks. So things will change when I can change.

Jit (@Jit_SGill) reported
@EE my reception has been terrible today…what’s going on?!
-
Dee Featherstone (@Dee_F88) reported
@EE I spoke to someone and their advice was not to actually help me reduce my bill but to use a Cashback site like airtime rewards. So no actual support to help me reduce my bill. Very disappointing! @MartinSLewis
-
Pesopesopeso (@Pesopesopeso4) reported
@EE sign up to your broadband, literally days after cooling off period ends you increase the tariff. WTF?!
-
Charlie B (@SeldomGruntled) reported
@EE No. It's just laggy & often drops completely late at night. Tests show it is usually 30-40 Mbps and the contract says 48. Not unusable, but if you insist on gouging me, maybe I should insist on receiving the service I was promised?

amal mathew (@amalmat007) reported
Just a reminder to @ee @MarcAllera that ignoring customer complaints on social media doesn't make them go away. #customerservicefail"
