@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE Can you advise what’s going on in the NG5 area of Notts? Signal cutting in and out after scheduled works last week and your website just says there’s no estimated time for a fix. Surely there must be more information than this, is someone even looking at it?
