    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @EE fantastic network,works fine in portugal ,2 miles from my house in the local pub no network ,cant wait to escape.from this service.

    @EE is there a problem with coverage in the DN3 area? Emergency calls only for 50 mins at least.

    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet

    Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

    @EE Ee customer service is very poor we have trouble with our Internet for months tried to contact ee today record message or test rubbish service still taking our money

    @EE Yes I have an eSIM for my phone to access the cell network also bought a seperate 5 Day WIFI plan and that is giving me issues.

    Third time in a week there’s been an issue with signal at home. Where is not working they “fix” it and then it doesn’t work again. Rubbish paying for a service I can’t use @EE

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

    @EE for a paying 5G customer I spend a hell of a lot of time on 4G. Don’t you think that’s strange? Do I get rebates on my phone bills for failure to deliver services!
