Fitheach 🏴🇬🇧 (@Fitheach1) reported@EE Better with new router. Speed up to 8 Mb/s from 2 max. Need fine tuning with discs to get reasonable signal through house. Bemused to find speeds in original Contract Summary w/out new router were 12.3 - 13.6, min 11 & 9.3 - 10.4, min 8.4 with new one! Down 26% min guaranteed.

Steven Middleton (@S_Middleton16) reported@EE been trying to get in touch with customer services all day. I finally get through and I get the most rude representative I’ve ever had. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager he denied that request and proceeded to be cheeky and unhelpful.

If you gave people the option to cancel on the app it would improve the wait times!
