    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @EE I’m super excited to hopefully receive my new #applewatchSE unfortunately you seem to have a serious issue with all stock! I have emailed and spoke on the chat, but no one can tell me more!?! It’s been over 14 days, what’s happening??

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @EE Spoken to your customer service team, they still say its being looked into. We've had no internet and no updates for 36 hours now.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I too have had so many issues with EE/BT, spanning in excess of two and a half years. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

    @MarkyTalk @EE My signal isn’t great, been with them 10 years and due an upgrade for the last 4 but the new deals are so expensive I will be changing to new supplier soon and get a much better deal
