@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE @EE another day another no Internet connection from EE which has been going one for 1 month, ..everyone I talked to gave me a different answer to what the problem could be the final phone call with customer service they said: you need to upgrade..so your best solution

Awful experience with @EE today. Was left soo distressed and the call taker hung up and didnt call back. *collects pac code* @VodafoneUK can you do better?

@mcDarke @VodafoneUK @EE is the way forward mate. Last time I trialled a Vodafone sim the customer service was shocking, but that's another story.

Been with @EE mobile for 3 months I never get signal ANYWHERE and I’ve just had a message to say my plans going up already. Why didn’t I listen to people who told me not to hahah

@EE and @MarcAllera 2 days trying to get a resolution after #EE sent me an email stating they have received the upgraded phone and are happy Yet #EE still refuse to give me back the £550 taken out of my account. Solicitor now instructed and the bill for #EE will be £3,000+.

@EE when can I expect you to upgrade your systems in my area, little to no useable signal. Been like it for years. signal box/wifi calling is all well and good when I have broadband..(BT)

@officialsouthn @EE You to ,I'm in W1 and since 4 weeks the Internet has been working so badly, we got 3-4h of Internet a day if we were lucky, I don't know what solution they gave me but after 5 calls to customer service and chatting on twitter the solution they gave me is upgrading
