@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

hi @EE been told u might be able to help been a bt cust 13 yrs have here internet which is fine but uploads and downloads so slow , thus im after an unlimied 5g data sim for a portable mighthalk m1 router thus giving me download and upload speeds im after plus internet on the go

@MrJDeacon Do not ever think about @bt_uk awful I was paying 25 with @EE who then advised me to go with bt I now pay more than double with what I was paying ee and a worse service!!!

@EE it’s been 4 days since the mast went down in my area and there is no 4g/signal. Thanks to @bt_uk I also have no broadband. Any ideas when this is being fixed?!

Hi @EE, I lost my SIM card abroad and nobody answering your number. Please help. Can you answer the following? Can you send a new one to Mexico? Can my partner pick up one in a shop and send it to me? Can you send one first class and she can get it sent registered international?

later the shop admitted their mistake, as this was the old policy but said they have no compensation scheme and said to go online to try and get one. Customer service phoneline was horrendous with waiting times and just told us to go to the shop @EE
