@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE I know, my tweet wasn't asking for any help. Merely moaning at the fact they phoned her yesterday saying it was fixed Tuesday and now works. When it doesn't, we've waiting 2 months for this so the wait continues. #awfulservice
