@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE It was Monday evening the entire uk was unable to access the internet at all. Every time I rang to find out the issue your machine hung up on me because you were happy to acknowledge the outage of Facebook at a similar time.

@EE Access internet banking. Go look at the tweets you received on Monday night. No one could report an outage because your system assumed we meant Facebook.
