    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @EE can I get some help with logging into my account please ? I’ve raised a complaint because this has been going on for a long while now , there is no online chat without logging in ( which I can’t do) and call backs don’t seem to happen , thanks

    @EE dear EE I bought a £35 unlimited data sim for a Mifi device that isn’t tied to a particular network but I’m unable to activate it.

    @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

    @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
