@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE You say you're using the price increase to invest and make things better, but nothing ever does the consumer end. Can't see why I should pay for 500mb when it never passes 300mb. Will be dropping down or changing provider asap

@newusernamemate @EE Well that's me looking for a new network.. people are finding hard to pay for electricity and gas bill, now top that off with your own phone bill. Ridiculous !

@star_boi @EE I was told it was so they can continue to ‘improve their services’ yet another year and the signal in my area is shocking. Internet is also really slow. What are the companies doing to improve the connectivity? - nothing.

@EE Please help, I'm living overseas but want to top up my PAYG number for my return to the UK. Calling 150 doesn't work, nor does the TEXT service. And My EE is repeatedly 'unable to process your request'.

@EE My mobile signal is around 1 bar at best and my internet speed is slow (but this has improved slightly due to upgrading to a fibre). There isn’t anything that can be done it’s the area apparently

@EE I have tried everything to try and "speak" to someone but your automated visual service simply doesn't let me. For a few weeks now I'm getting NO data or phone signal and urgently need some help to resolve this.

@J_RomanceWriter @ee what ********? My landline is with you but child says she tried me 10x yesterday and I was here all day and pay you a fortune and work from home. People from call centres selling energy efficiency don’t seem to have a problem.
