@EE knock, knock, is anybody in customer service? Son on hold for over 1 hour (via 150)! Trying to re-arrange delivery of his new phone, delivery guy would not hand over today as he reckoned my son requested setup support (he didn't) and wouldn't hand it to my wife🤬#useless

@EE do you actually have anyone that answers phones?? 3 calls today, 1st time cut off after 15min, 2nd time I got bored after 25mins and now atm I'm on 13mins so far!! Great service 👍👍

Big thanks to Oliver in Plymouth at @EE - got a good deal on a new iphone. Even when the system crashed on #BlackFriday he offered to sing to fill the time - and kept up the good customer service.
