@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@EE hi i recently received AirPod pro’s from you but the voicecalls/voicenotes etc quality is awful. I can’t even be heard properly by the receiver it’s inaudible :/

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?
