@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

@bt_uk @EE @Ofcom we're a grassroots charity. You gave us terrible service which led to a collections agency chasing us. Where do we send our collections agency as you overcharged us and havent even tried to refund us. Get in touch. You owe us £282 #ConsumerRights

@bt_uk Guess what, it's an @EE sim and yes the same old shite as BT you can't cancel your EXPIRED contract via your internet account. Is this not PREACH OF CONTRACT?
