Ignoring the £35 set up you charged me it’s none stop buffering and a fuzzy screen. I’d like to finish my contract.

Lisa (@1dizzygal) reported@EE Broadband is currently down and there's no way to contact you to try rectify the issue because you are apparently closed. Demand for services doesn't suddenly stop at a certain time of day, help should be 24/7.

Been waiting a week for my phone number to move, had 4 days of sorry wrong sim - use this other one and it will definitely happen tomorrow but it’s now a week and still no number. In the meantime my work and business are affected!
