@EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

Massive @EE fail… you pester me to upgrade for months. I upgrade to get a new phone before going abroad. I buy peripherals for new phone. You keep sending me texts about new phone. THEN you tell me you cancelled the upgrade several days ago… how to lose customers….

@EE worst network ever! Taking 2 bill payments and then telling me I have to wait a whole month to receive credit. After 2 hour long phone calls then told to go to store 😭😭
