    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

    @EE @LasallianSean What really annoys me is that if you want to buy something, few online clicks and sorted. If you want to cancel, you have to telephone, wait, listen to their grovelling nonsense, talk to a human. Just make things easy for everyone

    @EE Please avoid this company if you don’t want sky high mobile phone bills, expensive broadband that’s not a patch on virgin plus awful customer services, can’t wait to be out of contract, try ID mobile for phone and virgin for broadband

    @EE It’s been a year with no access to my EE app. Every support call ends with promises, then my case gets closed with no fix or follow up. My bill is increasing in April but I’ve had zero info. Really poor service can you resolve this and offer compensation?
