    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @EE fantastic network,works fine in portugal ,2 miles from my house in the local pub no network ,cant wait to escape.from this service.

    @EE is there a problem with coverage in the DN3 area? Emergency calls only for 50 mins at least.

    @EE I’m super excited to hopefully receive my new #applewatchSE unfortunately you seem to have a serious issue with all stock! I have emailed and spoke on the chat, but no one can tell me more!?! It’s been over 14 days, what’s happening??

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? I’m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks

    Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

    @EE Your coverage at @HeathrowAirport (airside Terminal 3) sucks! I’m not passing through I work here and on a daily basis I struggle to use my 5/4G

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

    Hi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.

    @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number
