    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @EE fantastic network,works fine in portugal ,2 miles from my house in the local pub no network ,cant wait to escape.from this service.

    @EE I’m super excited to hopefully receive my new #applewatchSE unfortunately you seem to have a serious issue with all stock! I have emailed and spoke on the chat, but no one can tell me more!?! It’s been over 14 days, what’s happening??

    @EE I tried speaking with support multiple times but no one seems to be willing to resolve my problem, can you look at complaint Ref: C10003735835 and call me back when possible with a resolution please.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It is very scary for us with poor or non existent mobile reception. In a real emergency - power cut, fire etc we would be scuppered.

    @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

    @EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.

    Actually impossible to speak to @EE. An hour and 15 min wait is a joke. Won't even let me sign in online because the account was set up wrong. Guess just stick with broadband that keeps dropping out. May be best to switch.

    @EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
