    @EE Hi, no I’ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. I’m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE won’t waiver it as it’s 1 or other

    @Ee seems to be having lots of problems with his coverage lately whenever im out the house it barely works and im only 5 minutes walk from a mast. What’s the point in paying so much a month when I can’t use anything 😬

    @EE Have tried to view my upgrade options via your website for MONTHS now and always get to the 'sorry! We couldn't find that page'. Checking tweets from others shows this issue goes back at least a year. Can't your web team look into this rather than asking us to call instead?
