@EE They’ve been receiving letters saying they owe money from EE. They’ve written back asking for a break down of the outstanding balance and even sent a cheque in despite not knowing why they owe money and then they’ve had letters from arvato (debt collectors)

@PaulbernalUK @EE they can't do anything useful in the EE shops themselves, 'only' the people in the call centre who never meet you or see your ID can. Ludicrous

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @EE I work freelance & once wrote registered post to CFO of broadband company to say that I would be charging them my hourly rate for any time spent on their mess. I sent them a proforma invoice etc & told them to put me on the approved supplier list. Problem fixed within 48 hrs.
