@EE I pay my bill on time EVERYTIME but I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved house in May! Now my router is stuck on red & I’ve tried EVERYTHING 😭 think it’s time I looked at changing broadband & phone once contract is up!!

If you live in the North of Ireland and are considering joining @EE , don’t bother your arse. Outside of Belfast anywhere their signal is ******* awful. Complaint after complaint and nothings changes.

@EE I still am unable to connect to the internet. However, I have called the customer service team and they have arranged for an engineer to come out. Hopefully this resolves the issue. Thank you

I know it won't happen @ee but please bring back the old mobile app. This one new sucks. It's so much harder to share data and that's if it works without the constant errors we're facing. It's also glacially slow!
