    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    @EE My bank says my direct debit should have been taken on the 3rd March but payment hasn't been taken yet. My partner has received a text saying it will be after the 6th however I have received no such text. Is there an issue?

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @EE I used to be able to download VAT invoices, this stopped at some point. Are you going to fix this? - I have no interest in changing account types. I need to know if I should stay with EE or not.

    @EE Yes, all sorted. I called tech support. There was a software issue at your end but he was able to sort my account manually. The wider problem probably needs to be addressed though. Thanks.

    EE randomly turned my internet earlier.. rang them and they told me it’s an issue in the area effecting 18 accounts. Still not working 5 hours later. If it’s not working tomorrow morning when I start work it’s going to be problems @EE
