  FYI, the @EE customer service assistants who have worked with us over the past 2 months have been excellent throughout, constantly checking up on our process. But the lack of communication from @OpenreachHelp has been thoroughly disappointing and lacking.

  @AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

  @EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

  @EE sort your returns policy out trying to charge me £440 for a phone I sent back and I actually have confirmation from one of your colleagues via telephony and through Royal Mail tracking, you were the ones that were 16 days late sending out the packaging - disgusting service 👎
