Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasnβt happened!!!
