    @EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add £20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

    @EE Are all your staff on strike tofsy or what, can't get no service anywhere for my pack to renew tomorrow srnd DM sent text to top up more than once been on twitter 2 or 3 times no idea if anything has gone on, hope not or some will have to go back in my account tried £20

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @EE My bank says my direct debit should have been taken on the 3rd March but payment hasn't been taken yet. My partner has received a text saying it will be after the 6th however I have received no such text. Is there an issue?

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    @EE please avoid @SamsungUK we have been talking to them 4 8 hours because of a problem on 2 samsung phones with Samsung software. 8 hours of useless time wasting then just ignored us.

    @GSRobinius @EE They usually drop their stock at around 8am-8:30am on the days they do release some. You can order one by adding it to your plan under "Add To Plan" on the EE app. You need to be an EE customer and also be within the first 17 months of your contract with them to do so.
