    @ee when Iโ€™m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 bars. As soon a soon as I leave the area the signal shoots up

    @EE I have the manual for the Samsung Galaxy J3 it is in 2 folders and in total 104 Pages, I need my phone working asap I can't make or receive calls, neither text, No Sim, Emergency Calls Only

    @EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add ยฃ20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though ๐Ÿคฃ

    @Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    @EE Weโ€™re gonna have a big fall out soon! No service for weeks in Barnet and Iโ€™m sure thereโ€™s dial up internet better than the rubbish youโ€™ve sold me! No wonder Iโ€™ve not upgraded!

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    @EE Disgusting you wonโ€™t look after your customer. My phone contract finished on February and yet you still charged me for march and April while my phone finished on February and you wonโ€™t refund me. Absolutely disgusting. @financialombuds

    @EE your all is absolutely useless. Why is it impossible to sign in? It has failed to log in more times then be successful. Combined with the continuous signal problems, I am honestly disappointed to have moved over.

    @EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service
