    Just left @EE after 9 years, but had the best phone call ever with the operator called Ryan. I didnโ€™t get the rate the service text, but him and his pokemon tattoos get 10/10 from me ๐Ÿ˜‚

    For a long time Iโ€™ve believed @EE weโ€™re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months Iโ€™ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues Iโ€™ve faced ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

    @EE Excellent Customer Service from EE recently to sort out a problem that Virgin Media caused with a sim that did not work, my number is going to be moved to EE

    @EE Iโ€™ve now had to send an email stating very few details. Iโ€™m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing itโ€™s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

    @EE I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days about phone problem...I reported it a few days ago and the fix hasn't worked. Completely understand your priorities but the help on your website doesn't answer my problem ...and I cant find any other way to contact you. Please help

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

    @EE please sort this out for me with a human being not a stupid answer phone that does not understand instructions I had a text to top up data and buy an add on pack please sort this for me and ring me please answer machines do not understand, I thought 150 might get human?

    @EE I am sick and tired of this Casey has not replied again to my DM since 6pm I will be taking this Further I will be Contacting Customer Service by email tonight Totally Disgusting Service when you Can't top up your pack just before it's due to renew 2 months running now

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

    @EE why has my app not worked for a while now no longer able to add additional lines or look at new sims yet advisors on phone can , how hard is it to fix this rather than telling me they will do it on phone always get a better price via the app
