    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @EE Every week for the last 4 your service has broken / slowed to a crawl for at least a day. Absolutely unacceptable. Your service returns to normal at weekends, but breaks during the week. Why should I be paying for this? What's the explanation for it?

    @EE @ianmjones1981 I am in the exact same boat Ian. Been with @EE since I had my first phone around 2005. Awful customer service and when my contract ends in June I'll will be moving to another provider.

    My Internet just went off 3 times tonight, twice during a tournament I've paid to enter. All these issues recently and I'm still paying full price for my broadband, this isn't fair. @EE

    @EE Hi it’s not working again and 150 lines are closed. Could the broadband box be faulty? Has anyone else reported an issue in E17? Can’t just be mine can it?
