Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE They’ve said I can leave! Such outstanding customer service. I’m now left with holes drilled into my house for the EE broadband, and the hassle of finding new broadband and new telephone contracts for our 3 iPhones. Like you I thought something would be done for loyal customers

@EE from the 7th May I’ve had nothing but signal problem and no compensation at all over it sometimes ask why I pay my monthly bill when you don’t keep your side of the contract
