Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE @Takariistorm Your accounts on Companies House show that you made a net profit of £1.1b in the year to March '22. You could maybe use a little bit of that to help? And you might have few less 'vulnerable customers' if you didn't hike prices by 14-15% in a cost of living crisis!

@EE How does jacking prices up 3.9% above inflation help vulnerable customers? Surely the best way to help vulnerable customers would be to keep prices low, especially on SIM only deals???

After all of the automation for @EE stopped working inc the text service - I’ve sat on hold for 20 minutes and finally spoke to a human who took my polite feedback on board and has credited my account for the hassle.
