@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE sick of your signal at ca20 1pg constantly having to switch from aeroplane mode to try and get things to load or make phone calls. I work 10 hours a day and cannot get ANY signal.

@EE hi, my phone reception seems to think I’m in Albania even though I’m in Corfu, Greece. I even received a ‘Welcome to Greece’ message when I landed. Since then I have also received a ‘Welcome to Albania’ message and now cannot use 3G as it believe I’m in Albania. Pls help.

@EE Hi Russ no I haven’t and I no longer need to. If you look at the App Store it’s full of reviews of people who can’t gift data. How has this not been checked when you updated the app??? Really let down by EE last weekend
