    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE I am abroad in the US. Have paid for the added £25 to use my package abroad but I am unable to send or receive texts or make phone calls despite my data roaming being on. How can I fix this? This is a bad service.

    @EE it seems impossible to get a number to transfer to you. Port request form filled out on Monday. Nothing has happened. Calm centre bounces around or has you on hold. Can’t message support through the app. Be better.

    @EE But I’m afraid I’ve called 14 times and you can’t help me so will cancel your contract and forget me paying to get out of it you are incompetent company Cleary have no idea of customer service or what you are doing. You’ve had 2:5 months and still going round in circles Usless

    @bt_uk everyone I try to make sense of BT failings and mistakes I have to give up. Promises always broken. Broken app. Web service broken. BT is unfit for purpose maybe @EE might be better but it's not looking good.

    @EE The last I time Called today I was told by one of your advisors who was constantly chewing gum in my ear to go and treat my self to an Italian meal or a sandwich WTF is the the mentally of your customer service if that’s what you. All it. Sort this out !!!

    @EE Hi, had numerous calls with the technical team and had a couple of technical engineer visits. Keep being told by the technical engineers it's problem with the line, and being told by the call centre it's a problem with the equipment. Neither talking to each other it seems...

    @bt_uk Well a temporary solution. But @EE customer service and the #tooting branch told me my device would be fixed same day. I’ve actually been quoted 5 days. You might be the fastest UK network but you’re a long way off the being the best service provider
