Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE hi, what’s the process of shutting down a phone contract that an under 18 year old has taken out by lying about their age? They can no longer afford to pay it and it was EEs responsibility to check that they were over 18. Will the account be closed? They are under 18

@EE just had the worst customer service from you guys in the last few days. Been a customer for 8 years and been treated like crap on 3 different occasions. And thinking I was calling to upgrade my contract and move my wife from O2 to EE. Why do you do this to your customers???
