Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Well that depends if what I was told is true: basically, you won’t attempt to even try and match the deal Sky are offering me for an iPhone 11? I’m meant to be a valued customer of 8 years and you can’t even be bothered to try and keep me?! Not to mention being given false info!

@EE I feel the reply deliberately misses the point. Just saying I will be leaving when I want a new deal/contract. Roaming charges (don't pretend packages are anything but extra charges 🙄) are a big issue. Smart competitors are going to corner the market.

@EE if you can't scrap roaming fees in europe like your competitors then I will cancel my contract and go to one of them. I live and work between UK and Spain and these silly add-on plans are not appropriate. you should listen to your customers or lose them

@EE I can’t even get a decent signal in my kitchen. - I live in Manchester, not in rural countryside. 5G towers being plotted everywhere, but can’t even answer the phone without it cutting out.

@EE I’ve been told by your helpline that this work which started today will take 6 days!!! Then there will be two further schedule days where there is more work! How is that fair or right! And you won’t even agree to refund my money for a service you aren’t able to provide!

@jimbo_h_46 @EE I was with EE and they were pricey but by far the best network. I changed to sky mobile (Tef) and its absolute dog ****. Can’t make calls to some numbers, struggle with coverage at home and out and about and the data is hopeless. I’m off back to EE soon.

@EE @SheerHeartAtt15 From March 22 @EE , 67p a minute and per message outside allowance + plus £2 per day in Europe . I'm an EE customer for now,and work in Europe frequently. Even with EE pass, still shite.
