Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE. Called you earlier about no Internet. Great advice given "have you tried WiFi" when I pay £60pcm for unlimited data. Also then sending me a Web page for further help! Your mast shouldn't be under mantainence for months? Now looking for a network with good aftersales!

Very disappointed with @lenovo_UKI. You sold me a phone locked to @EE network, without stating you are selling on behalf of @EE. Your customer service people said that they couldn't provide a network unlock code.

@EE Hi Megan. Whilst I appreciate the response someone has done the same before and always suggested there are no issues what-so-ever. It appears the damage has already been done. I've raised this 3 / 4 times previously to EE and its not been resolved. Instead I've been fobbed off.

@EE Hi Megan. All of a sudden I started seeing the message ‘unable to join the network EE wifi-auto’ when requesting to connect on London Underground. I had no problems before, it used to connect automatically, it’s not a new phone, I can connect to other wifis without problems

In the house move I’ve dealt with a lot of big companies who were unhelpful & obstructive, however today @EE exceeded my expectations. The lady I spoke to was incredibly kind, helpful & wanted to get the matter sorted, which she did. Totally brilliant customer service. Thank you
