Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@ee I have been very patient with you and Openreach, but failing to install the service since 28 November is pushing it a bit - 101 days. I have a complaint reference but that doesn't seem to help. Anything you can do to help?

@achilledpinot @EE Ok been out twice didn't fix then tell them he wont be paying till its working if not fixed in a few days he's moving to sky iam with EE when I had same problem I got 2 routers before it was fixed after I said I was moving to sky

@EE So I upgrade to full fibre 900bps and nothing much has changed. Watching early evening news on iPlayer and it is buffering every 30 seconds or so. The router is right next to the TV. What is going on? Not the service I was expecting. My Now service is also totally unresponsive.

@EE I’ve reported the issue so hopefully you’ll find what the problem is and fix it quickly. This is rather urgent as I have grandparents who can’t call us if there is an emergency as their phones are very basic. They don’t have wifi calling.
