    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    @EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing
