Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@DottyDoolittle @EE @NNorthantsC Our council did the same 5 years ago. Their argument was not everyone has a garden so people were paying for a service they didn't use. Council tax did not incorporate that £40 into the rise that year.
