    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @northolt3103 @EE 90 million mobile connections and the 5G signal doesn't travel as far, that's probably the issue. I feel your pain, I had to get away from 3 because it was always disconnecting.

    @northolt3103 @EE Never used them because their signal was always bad. One-2-one were known as one-2-nobody around here and Orange were as bad. Merging didn't improve things, they got the name Nothing Nowhere instead.

    @northolt3103 @EE Constantly get zero bars. Apple done tests and said fault was “software” and to completely wipe the phone and start again as a fresh install. Didnt make a difference. Some days i get SOS signal for hours on end. Will be moving to vodafone or the likes when contract is up.
