    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

    @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

    @EE @edfen19 The number ends in 150. there’s the clue! it’s an endless loop and @EE know it! its embarrassing. you want to talk to some about an issue (like them not calling you back) then you can’t ask them to do that, you must raise a formal ‘complaint’ DONT WANT TO COMPLAIN JUST TALK! 🤦

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

    @EE Then I find out that my tv order has been cancelled, and will not be delivered, and now I have to reorder again tomorrow, you’ve had a month, dreadful service, I’d better get my boxes by Friday
