@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE I can't add the account until I have the account number but to get the account number, MyEE helpfully tells me I need to login to the account to find it. Going round in circles here. Also not sure why I have to add the broadband account - why isn't it automatically added? 2/2

Why oh why is trying to do anything online so useless, especially at this time in the morning @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @EE perpetually having to put up with this barely there service which we're paying for, it's frustrating and unreliable.

Honestly @EE - Made me wait until 8am to get “help” for my non functioning broadband and when I get through the phone says just to text you my landline number! I do not have one! What a terrible service!!!

@EE Hi im in treforest currently and I have no signal on my s21 ultra with ee, Ive had to turn on wifi calling to be able to make or take calls. When its off, I cant hear others but they can me, is there an issue in the area?
