Antoine (@honeybouboule) reported@sastawear @EE They are purposefully refusing to solve the issue with my phone (that's will stop charging randomly) and refer me to Apple all the time (who refer me to EE). I think I'll just cancel my direct debit and take my business elsewhere, to be honest.

You going to resolve this or will you keep claiming your the best network? What metrics used to claim this?
