    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE is the worst network on this earth and when my contract is up in September I’m leaving! £80 a month for a iPhone 15 pro max & the network IS ****!!!!

    @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor

    @EE No I haven’t and my whole line has no service, 7 times you guys hung up in total. Worst service ever and no call back.

    @EE Our broadband was meant to be fixed on the 10th of July, we have now been told the earliest a engineer can come is the 6th of August. Absolutely terrible experience with no consideration or priority given for how long our service has been disrupted

    @EE im not a customer & dont feel comfortable giving my surname & date of birth. Especially as EE was fined for data breach & by ofcom millions of pounds. I will give person who claims to live at my address their account number, my address as they claim to live here & my phone #

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help
