The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

@EE a loyal customer for 21 years & trying to cancel SIM only deal with channel returns but no answer to calls or the completed online form since Sunday. I took the deal on Saturday but found out the advisor didn't tell me I no longer get smart benefits. Poor service please help

@EE It doesn’t matter how good you claim it is now. I was cheated by Orange out of money back for my first mobile phone. I shall never forget nor forgive Orange or its successors.

@cjh4rrison @EE Do yourself good, these walls are silent unfortunately they lack knowledge of fixing there apps, got mine fixed with the help of @wyke_tech thanks to them for helping me access my account I have tried so many times to get help but they never respond
