    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra £80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.

    @EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏
