    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!
