Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

I am disgusted by @EE cost of living crisis and my monthly bill has gone up by £10 a month for no better service? And charged extortionately to use my phone abroad should be ashamed of yourselves. Will not be using again and cancelling my contract when I can.

@james_downes @EE It's hilarious. They have a very high number of customers and their web portals can never do the thing you are calling about. Hence they have a very high call volume! Hence they should probably get more call staff...
