    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    @bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract

    @EE My account is showing 0 minutes, 0 texts and 0GB of data remaining on my pack on both the App and website. Been like this for a few days, but is clearly incorrect as I get unlimited texts and lots of data / minutes. Can you advise if this is a known issue?

    @EE You haven’t fixed the 4G problem in this area for 10 weeks now. I think it’s time to finally tell your customers that you’re not going to fix it so we can make a decision about what we’re going to do.

    @EE what is going on with my phone delivery ? Joined EE ,placed an order for a phone & still not heard anything regarding a delivery -one email saying "order confirmed" been a week now starting to wonder if I've made the right choice joining your network!

    @EE so EE won’t connect their customers with an 0330 number,when every other provider does, but when I call you to report this… there is nothing you can do as I’m not an EE customer… care to comment?
