Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@CooperDowell @EE I’m being charged for AirPods I never received.. they offered £30 credit on next bill and 5% off my plan (not whole account) for two years.. ******* joke. Embarrassing thing is I work for BT, we own them! Terrible customer service

@EE 14.4% increase! That’s daylight robbery. Sending everyone the same standard investment excuse just doesn’t justify it I’m afraid. I can’t even get an EE signal in my area anymore. I use Wi-Fi calling at home.
