Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

@EE No, they told me to call and book a slot myself. I don't understand how the advisor can speak to Enjoy but not actually sort anything for me. I work for an emergency service, I work shifts, it just so happened I'd finished before the early delivery.

@EE I spoke to Caitlin in customer service who honestly sounded like she was lying to me. Apparently she can speak to EE Enjoy but I can't? Honestly, I'll cancel both my lines unless someone calls me to sort this ASAP.
