So just been into @EE to chase up the SIM card that I’ve been waiting for since last Saturday to he told that they never sent one out in the first place so I’ve been charged for absolutely nothing! Cheers *********! 🖕🏻

@EE You know what's going to happen, don't you. I'll either reject the quote, await the end of my contract with a broken screen and go elsewhere. Or accept the quote, await the end of my contract and go elsewhere but much poorer. Tough choice.

@EE I ordered a new SIM card 48 hours ago and was assured it would be with us first thing yesterday morning. Two days later still no sign. Customer service couldn’t care less and blamed Royal Mail. Been a business customer for over 8 years. Dreadful service. #EE
