    @EE my tablet contact was up for upgrade on 07/08/20, but every time I try to do it it says the website is down- meaning I’m stuck paying the high price when I want to reduce it. Can you help? Managed my phone upgrade a couple of weeks ago with no issues.

    Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

    Just had the worst experience of customer service ever by @EE. Been with them 10 years and never stressed for discount once but at the opportunity to do the right thing, you outright say “No, we know it's UNFAIR”. It's a shame you're integrity doesn't match your high coverage.

    Hi @EE. Been a customer for almost 20 years. You sure sending me a text essentially saying “we’re doubling your bill and if you don’t like it, leave” is good customer service? Plenty of other providers who are offering me a better deal.

    @EE are useless, send me a text to say I can upgrade my phone. Ring them and got to pay £140 before I do for early upgrade. Been a customer for 10+ years and the upgrade offers even if I pay the £140 are a rip off, and they have a phone cost as well 😳

    @ee @MarcAllera More waiting whilst staff member messes around with manager. I am now thinking, I have already had long contact in a maskless environment, I have to come back and the long incompetence is likely to be repeated. I go to manager and tell him to cancel. 6.

    @EE stop sending me bullying emails threatening to close my account. I closed it months ago and have not used your SIM since April 2020…. Any other ex EE customers had similar problems?
